I have a long-ish labia on one side but nothing on the other side. Is this considered normal or attractive?

Variation from one side to the other is totally normal. Nobody is perfectly even or symmetrical.
As for attractive...if someone other than your OB/GYN is in a position to take a good look, I guarantee you that they won't be measuring each side and looking for flaws. They'll almost certainly just be happy to be there. :D
In other words, don't worry about it.
