You're suppose to drunk at least 8 cups of water a day. Personally, I hate water, I never drink it and I'm doing fine. I think that's just a myth. ;) ♥

Drink when you feel thirsty, unless working in the heat, then drink regularly. The whole 8 glasses of water a day thing is urban legend.

Krupple answered Sunday February 19 2006, 4:27 am:
An average HEALTHY person with no stress, who consumes no caffeine nor sugar and does not exercise too much, needs about 48-64 ounces of water every day.

a 150 lb. person needs 75 ounces of water every day

we need to drink 8 - 10 cups (1 cup = 8 ounces) of water every day. <-------That's the standard.

Here's how I found out.
