i know that i've herd everyone say 8 glasses which is 64 ounces. but i don't really think that anyone like water that much but if you don't get the flavored water it just as good for you as regular water just taste better. hope that helped. ]
You're suppose to drunk at least 8 cups of water a day. Personally, I hate water, I never drink it and I'm doing fine. I think that's just a myth. ;) ♥ ]
Drink when you feel thirsty, unless working in the heat, then drink regularly. The whole 8 glasses of water a day thing is urban legend. ]

well you should drink atleast 8 8oz glasses of water each day. but there is also water naturally in other drinks and foods but no nearly as much. ]

a 150 lb. person needs 75 ounces of water every day
we need to drink 8 - 10 cups (1 cup = 8 ounces) of water every day. <-------That's the standard.
