i have an essay/ report to doo on dieting and im doing crash dieting in a few paragraphs.
what are some foos that people usually mostly focus on when crash dieting?

Celery actually has negative calories. The average celery stick has 7 calories and you burn about 9 calories eating it. So, you burn about 2 calories. My friend was on a crash diet for a while and one of the things that tipped us all off was that she basically ate celery for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So, yeah lettuce too I guess. Hope I helped.
whisperdawn answered Tuesday February 21 2006, 1:59 pm: Grapefruit and celery are known to burn calories. Grapefruit has a lot of citrus and helps burn calories and is also full of antioxidents and vitamins so these are usually favorites among 'crash dieters'. Hope this helps.
