Well I would recommend the new In Flames album ''A sense of purpose'' 100%
It's not out yet though, and I don't know about your music downloading/buying methods.
But on that album, there's a song called ''The Chosen Pessimist'' it's a slow song, but amazing.
I'd also recommend music by Stone Sour (a lot of slow/cute songs), Wednesday 13, The 69 eyes, The black out, Index Point, Children Of Bodom, Marilyn Manson, Behemoth, Opeth and Soilwork.

my boyfriend and i live in a town with nothing to do. every time we hang out we just argue for 30 minutes about who has to decide what to do.. then go eat or sit at starbucks for a few hours.

Well if there's a band playing, and the tickets aren't too much, go to a concert with your boyfriend. Honestly that is really fun :)
If you want some inexpensive or free things to do, go ride bikes together, explore the town.
Once me and a guy friend decided to go exploring in our town.
We found loads of new places to go, and it was surprisingly fun :D
If possible, go to his/your house and cook your own food.
Trust me, chocolate brownie pizza tastes better than it sounds :D
The best thing to do, is go to places you don't usually go to, or go to a place that you don't usually vist.
Sometimes the places we least expect to be fun, are the funnest.

Yes, sometimes it does, but you mentioned that you're ''kinda young''.
I suggest you try to take your mind of your ex, and make friends with the other guys, maybe you will see that he's not right for you.

Im so confused right now! So I like this guys at school but my friends make fun of him for some reason. And he doesnt like my friends. Well one thing you shouldn't do is try too hard.
Like whenever you see him don't make a huge effort to catch his attention, guys tend to get put off if a girl is trying too hard to get their attention.
Try talking to him alone (not with your friends around, being mean) and see why he doesn't like Iowa so much, and why do you get the impression that he dislikes you.
Don't pressure him either though :)
Be easy and friendly, and he will feel more confident talking to you, but give him time.
You said that he just moved to Iowa, so he's a bit shy and pissed off about moving, he needs to settle in.

If you catch his eye, give him a friendly smile.

why isn't it illegal to test cosmetics and silly things like shampoo and toothpaste on innocent animals? They can feel hurt and pain so why do silly humans keep torturing them like this?

I just don't understand why no laws protect animals from being foolishly tested on.

The other day I went into the family study, and my 9 year old brother was on the computer there, on Habbo hotel- chat room. And he's only 9.

I mean stores that make clothes for kids are starting to make tops with low necklines, tight jeans and so on.
The kids think this is totally ok.

Most parents are too relaxed with their children. The kids watch MTV all day, they see half naked girls dancing around...that's ok now because it was on tv.

Even though I don't wanna admit this, the technology generation IS affecting kids.
I mean my 9 year old brother has a phone, an iPod, he's gonna get a laptop(not a brand new one..but still)
I got my first phone when I was 12, and that was one of the most common phones in like 1995...and I got the phone in like the year 2000 Rember the brick shaped nokia that had classic snake on it? :D Yeah that one. I didn't even use it, I went out and played with my friends.

I guess there's just some things that are gonna change so much, that it's gonna be weird for 8 year old kids to want to play with toys.

So I've decided to get my bridge, (the space between your eyes) pierced. Look it up on google if my description sounds odd =)
In order to avoid the cluttering that would happen if I got my septum pierced,since I have a monroe. (although, if you think it won't look cluttered I'm still open to piercing that instead of my bridge.)
Do you think that's a good choice?
(i realize some people don't like piercing, but try and jusge unbiasy) Just look at my face shape and see if it would 'go'.

I think the bridge would look really good and sophisticated on you, later you can also get a septum.
If you don't wear too big/showy jewelry, then it defenetly won't look cluttered :)

Mk. Well I'm getting my hips pirced thursday.
I was told that Microdermals are better
then surface pircings .. but if you ever
wanted them out.. you would have to get them

A friend of mine got her hips pierced.
She only got her right side at first, and she did that with a surface bar.
It caused her some trouble, but it turned out ok.
A couple of months ago she got the other side done with microdermals.
She said it was a bit more painful (although the pain factor depends of the person) but it healed better.

My ex boyfriend had a surface piercing on his wrist. He did it with a surface bar, it caused him A LOT of problems and it never healed properly.
So yeah, this is all the experience I've had around surface piercings/microdermals.

I'd suggest you see which one you think is better, but then ask your piercer for his/her advice on this. He/she should know the best.
Personally, I'd choose the microd's.
Otherwise good luck, and remember to clean your piercing properly :) I'm sure it'll look amazing.

they delete it and say its illegal.

Well it's illegal because you don't own the copyrights to that song you're uploading.
I mean if everyone made their own music page with music they want on it, then there'd be no point in the band/artist uploading their own music.

You should defenetly wait until YOU are ready for it. Even if you love the guy, he can't pressure you into sex.
Explain to the guys what your views on sex and so on are, and if the guy is a good guy, who cares about you, he will respect your opinion, and he should be able to accept a sexless commitment.

Well, they probably think that if they control their kids too much, then the kids will want to do everything bad, but if they let their kids be, then the kids won't be interested in ''rebelling''.
My friends mom doesn't care if she has sex, but she would get slaughtered if she got caught smoking, or got a piercing and so on.
So it depends, I guess some parents find some things more important than others.
