My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I was wondering, what's hooking up, because my mom's always talking about it (she's 29, i'm 10) and i think it has something to do with having sex, but i'm not sure.

I said yes to this guy when he asked me out. I felt bad for him that is y i said yes. My best friend sadi he would like litterly cry if i said no. So what the heck i said yes. I don't like him and i like someone else but we r going out. Is it okay to like someone else but go out w/ someone that u don't like more than a friend??

This person Ive been thinking of constantly is becoming one of my best friends. I think I like him because when I'm with my friend hes all I think about and i get this weird feeling when I'm around him. Valentines Day is coming up. you have nothing to loose so i think you should ask him. if he says no its his loss and he isnt the right one for you. you wont look like a moron for liking someone so dont worry about it . x0

okay i believe in god but i guess i doubt it somtimes, i get scared of "what if there isnt one" and is there a heaven :/ i think i should go to church to build up more faith but then again i dont get how that could actually help... I really get upset over this, any suggestions?

yes you should belive in god. and yes there is a god and only one no matter how many ppl belive in a different god theres only 1. you should go to church every sunday and it shuld help. i go every sunday. and there is a heaven . x0

I have these weird discolorations on my arms and my leg and my hand. I've told my mom about them and she says its from the sun but I dont think so. I dont know what they are and they make me embarrased when I wear t-shirts. What should I do?

they are sunspots hehe! go to the doctor and ask for medicine so it goes away x0 !

Ok so I've been best friends with this guy now for about 2 1/2 years.. We usually tell each other everything so when I had a crush on him about a year ago I told him.. he didn't like me that way..
Fast forward: He currently likes a few girls, all of whom think he's sweet but not "boyfriend material" and are my friends. This kinda hurts cause I thought I was over him but obviously not. He thinks no girl will ever like him, blah blah, and I want to let him know I do, but I'm afraid of rejection again.. what should I do? Should I tell him or just keep being a friend?

ok over the summer i was raped by this kidthat i was kinda friends with but not like best friends but i didn trust him and we were at a block party and he was like "do u want to go see my new computer?" and i was like "okay?"
and so when we got there he like locked the door and pulled out a condom and pushed me down and wouldnt let me go. i said no over and over again but he wouldnt stop. then i started cutting myself and crap bc my parents like beat me and cps is even involved with my family...so i cant tell them bc they wont believe me. i still cut and i dont know how to deal with the rape bc thats all i ever think about and i dont know what i can do. (i dont know where he is now and i dont know his last name and there is no proof so i cant press charges) what else can i do to deal with this?

aw im sorry but dont cut please!!!! maybe you could try therapy. i kno it sounds odd but it will help and you wont have to worry about it as much. if you dont want to do that then talk to your school counslor! x0

I have enlisted a girl friend of mine to help me with a Valentines day plan. The only problem is that i dont know if this plan will work because the girl that im after is one that i have shown interest in in the past. But I still like her. I just need some advice.

I have intense hair flaking. The skin on my scalp is coming off and causing dandriff. Its really gross and a few people asked me if I had lice and I said no its just hairspray but the fact is I dont even use hairspray.. This is really gross and Im constantly worrying about it so I dont know what I should do..

sometimes its caused by using a lot of conditonar so buy head and shoulders dandruff shampoo and it should help keep using it until it gets better! wen you take a shower dont like rub ur skull with ur nails and dont use a whole bunch of conditionar even tho it might seem like conditionar helps but it rele doesnt ... well it does but gives ya flakes if you use to much! x0

So my cousin had me meet this guy via phone and we hit it off really well. He's funny and easy to talk to. I started to like him and Im pretty sure it was mutual. We planned to meet up and I was really excited until I learned a little more about him. He's a metal head. lol He's got the long hair and listens to that kind of crazy music. We dont have a lot in common and definately not the same type of friends. He's my complete opposite. So the question.. Which would be worse > To date him and be labeled as "desperate" because he's not exactly my type.. Or not date him and be called shallow because he looks different than what I normally go for?

maybe you could give him a chance... you never kno i mean i wuldnt date ppl like him eather but if you really think that people will lable you over that stuff then its kinda of weird. i wouldnt want ppl labeling me non stop tho! so if you like him then you should give him a chance! x0

Ok now if i say what happened exactly then you will know who this is and i dont want ppl to no so-----ok like latley alot of my friends have been getting in fights and like ive been trying to get them all back together and so it is helping them which thats all i care about but its making me sad n stuff now and evrything seems like its getting worse.evryone is crying latley and now i dont have enough time to take care of my own problems and also i am getting behind on school work.evrybody now comes to me for their problems which i like that but sometimes it makes me pissed off cause i dont no what to do but ill figure it out and then ill still be mad i dont no whats happining pleaseeeeeee help me!!!!

aw alrite listen. if i knew exacly what has been happening and who this is then i would be able to help you way more but il try! well if every1 is having problems then i mean thats their problem and your to because they expect you to be there for every single one of them and to help them which is a good thing but they should also kno that you have your own problems to deal with! whats the reason that this is happening ..? when your friends have problmes and when they cry talk to them about it and talk to the other person who is involved and try to get them to be friends again! but then again its middle school every1 is always mad at each other and sometimes you really cant help but this time i think you might be able to. just chill out it will be fine. make sure your problmes and your friends problmes get in the way of your school work or anything! if you evr need any help ask me ! hope everything works out and i kno how you feel because thats wat im kinda going through ! x0
