Try Head and Shoulders or neutrogena T-gel or you can see a doctor and they will help you and give you a prescription. Good Luck!

I used to have the same problem. The best dandruff shampoo is Denorex extra strength. It's about $9 a bottle and it really works. Believe me I tried them all.

Moop answered Wednesday February 2 2005, 9:51 pm:
I would check with a dermatologist before using anything suggested in this thread. The whole bit with dandruff shampoos is that sometimes they work too well and dry your scalp. Then you're itchy and you scratch and get (ta da!) worse dandruff. So definitely check with a dermatologist on your personal scalp-skin type and what would work best.

I had the same problem. I bought, Use Head & Shoulders, you'll know which one to buy, it'll say on the bottle for flaky skin & dandruff, its around $5 bucks. Or buy Neutrogena, hold on I'm gonna go get it from my bathroom to tell you what it says. Lol. One sec ..., ok back! Its Neutrogena Therapeutic T/Gel Shampoo. Its about $5.50-13.50, dpending on where you buy it. It works AWESOME! You could buy it pratically anywhere. It'll help you a lot. No worries! Good luck and tell me how it goes! =)

Karen answered Wednesday February 2 2005, 8:34 pm:
Maybe this is caused by the shampoo and conditioner you use? Head and Shoulders is specially made for flakey hair. Try using that and you won't have dandriff anymore. Don't worry about it, it's normal; it's just you don't here about it that much. Hope I helped :)

You need to buy a conditioning shampoo to control your dry scalp. I highly recommend Neutragina T-gel. You use it along with your regular shampoo.

Maybe your shampoo is irritating your scalp. Try a mild shampoo..maybe try head and shoulders. If it doesnt get better ask your mom..she might know some good products. Dont worry about it though..it will go away
