Wear a sports bra to hold your boobs down. (Whatever kind of bra you choose to wear, make sure it's the right size - even if you want it to hold your boobs down, you shouldn't wear one that's too tight.)

Your top should be fitted but not too tight. Don't wear tank tops or cap sleaves because these make your boobs look bigger. Don't wear baggy tops, because they make your whole body look big if you have big boobs. Dark colours are good because they make you look sleeker.

I just got a job at Guess? and I'm meeting my manager and staff for the first time on thursday.
Should I get my nails done? Like get a new set. A lot of the people who shop there have fake nails. I have a gift certificate for this nail place so I was wondering if I should go ahead and get them done. The last I had them was for my prom and I really liked them. I just don't want to be slow on cash or folding or having them think I'm too snobby to do any work but I'm pretty sure that they want everyone there to look really good.
Right now, my nails are pretty wrecked because I pulled off my fake nails from prom and they're really gritty and stuff so I thought it's better to get them. What do you think?

Fake nails or not, I think you should at least clean up the gritty stuff from your nails.

If you do get the fake nails, make sure you can still do your work properly. It would make sense for you to get it done as soon as possible if you're planning to do so, so that you'll be used to them when you start working.

I recommend that you choose a neutral colour so it doesn't stand out too much. That way, your nails will be nice but not overdone. Also, make sure it matches the clothes that you plan to wear to work.

I have a very slender figure but I feel so out of shape. The only excercise I get is dance class once a week. My parents have tried to put me in sports, but I just don't enjoy them. Plus, it is hard for me because I have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was wondering if somebody could make me an excercise plan that targets the biceps, stomach, and thighs. And keep in mind that I'm trying to build muscle & tone...not loose weight. Thanks so much =)

How about swimming? When you swim you use the muscles from all over your body. Also, it will be easy on your joints because the water supports your body.

Weight lifting is good for building muscle tone. Of course, don't go for weights that are too heavy for you to start with.

Remember to start with warm up routines and cool down at the end.

I think a "bubbles" theme would be very appropriate for a bathroom. Some kind of nature theme might also be good if you don't like bubbles.

Whatever theme you choose, I would recommend that you don't make it too dark, because it can get annoying if you turn the light on and it's still dark.

By the way, why do you need a theme for your bathroom?

Ok, so on my hotmail account, every time i send an e-mail, it always has the wrong date and time on it, it's like 4 hours and a day off, how can i change this? please use simple terms too, i know nothing about computers and i have no clue what the technical term of stuff is, so, like, any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

You need to fix your time zone settings.
1. Login to your account.
2. Click "Options". This is on the right of the page from your inbox.
3. Click "Personal". This is on the column on the left.
4. Scroll down until you see a drop-down for time zone. Choose the appropriate time zone for your location. (It helps if you have the correct country in your profile, because the list of available timezones will be automatically narrowed to the ones that apply to your country.)

I want to check my friends AIM because I want to see if she's friends with someone I don't like. [ she won't tell me if she is or not ] and I know her password, and I just want to log on really quick, and then sign off and not go on it anymore. And I know her password and everything, I'm just afraid that if I go on it, someone'll IM me and I'll have to talk to them and they'll mention it to her and she'll find out and get mad. Is there anyway I can do it without her knowing? Like, is there a way I can sign onto her name while she's online? Or will AIM like, send her a notice or something that's she on at 2 places at once. The chance of receiving a message while you're in her account is probably not too high if you sign out quickly, but if your friend is logged in when you attempt to login to her account, she will be disconnected, and that way she will find out that someone else has been logging into her account.

No matter if your friend will find out or not, you really shouldn't be doing that. By doing that, you're breaking the trust between you and your friend. Also, why does it matter if she's friends with someone you don't like? That doesn't make her a bad friend.

Is it dangerous to your health to inhale ProActiv products after you've applied them to your skin? I have the three combination therapy products and two of them are leave-ins, but afterwards I can smell them and I don't know if it can harm me. Thanks to all who answer :)

Unless you're putting a lot of it on, the risk isn't that high. The main active ingredient in ProActiv products is benzoyl peroxide, which has been used in acne treatment for quite a long time, and it is known to be safe (unless you're allergic to it). Just make sure you follow the instructions on the packaging (if there are any).

You can't do that on Paint. You need Photoshop or something similar. (If you don't already have anything like that, you can download the GIMP for free at http://www.gimp.org)

To make the picture black-and-white, use the brush tool in "color" mode.
To make it light, use the dodge tool.

a few days ago i had to have everything on my computer erased including all 600 of my songs on my itunes library. ive been wondering tho..is it possible to add new songs to the library and update my ipod without the songs on my ipod being taken away? make sure u are absolutely positve if u say yes...i DO NOT want to risk losing songs on my ipod. if not...any other ideas to help me? thanks so much

Connect the iPod to the computer, and then go to "My Computer". You should be able to access the iPod from there and copy everything from your iPod to the computer. If you can get into the iPod but can't see the files, click Tools > Folder Options > View, and check the box next to "Show hidden files and folders".

This is only going to work if your iPod already has disk use enabled. If your iPod doesn't have disk use enabled (if you can't access it from "My Computer"), open iTunes (this should go without saying, but don't update the iPod at this stage) and then go to Edit > Options > iPod and check the box next to "Enable disk use".

However, if you have configured your iPod so that it automatically updates when you connect it to the computer, I don't think there's anything you can do.

Alright, I just got a LG cingular phone flip phone, and i also got a Naztech phone case. the thing is, my phone has a screen on the front, and the case is leather, but its closed magnetically. i want to know if thats going to damage the phone, because i know magnate + electronics = BAD

The magnet will have to be quite strong to have any effect on the phone. I doubt that the magnet in the phone case will be that strong, especially if the case is actually meant to be used for mobile phones.

Either use the Windows calculator or a scientific calculator.

On the Windows calculator (it's in Programs > Accessories), click "View" and choose "Scientific", then click the radio button labelled "Dec", type in the number, and click the radio button labelled "Hex".

If you're using an actual scientific calculator, check the user manual for instructions to convert decimal to hexadecimal.

You can do that in Paint. Open the image with Paint, choose the "Pick Color" tool (it looks like a dropper), click the part that you want the colour code for, click "Colors", then "Edit Colors", then the "Define Custom Colors" button, then you'll see 3 numbers labelled "Red", "Green", and "Blue". Convert these number to hexadecimal with a calculator and you have a code. Alternatively, you can also use RGB codes directly in your HTML / CSS.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you can also download the ColorZilla extension from http://www.iosart.com/firefox/colorzilla/ to pick colours off websites.

ok im the same person that asked the question about mozilla firefox.

ok so i followed your advice and went to task manager, went to processes, and clicked end process on firefox.exe. when i did, i got a pop up warning that said the following:

WARNING: Terminating a process can cause undesired results including loss of data and system instability. The process will not be given the chance to save its state or data before it is terminated. Are you sure you want to terminate this process?

ok number one, what is meant by "loss of data and system instability"? is it bad?
number 2, should i click yes or no?

and 3, if i click yes and something happens to my computer, will i be able to go back and fix it? or does it depend on what happens to it?

"Loss of data and system instability" means that if you closed something there that is necessary for the system to run normally, Windows might not function properly. As a general rule, don't close a program with "SYSTEM" under the "User Name" column. If you think you've closed something that you shouldn't have, restart your computer and everything will be back to normal.

It's always OK to close Firefox this way, although if you're typing something in Firefox (say, an answer to a question on this site), you will lose it (unless you have the SessionSaver extension), and all downloads will be cancelled.
