I need a program

I need a program that will just tell you what the color code is.. like if I clicked on white on my picture it would pop up and tell me the color code.. Please help me and thank you!

You can do that in Paint. Open the image with Paint, choose the "Pick Color" tool (it looks like a dropper), click the part that you want the colour code for, click "Colors", then "Edit Colors", then the "Define Custom Colors" button, then you'll see 3 numbers labelled "Red", "Green", and "Blue". Convert these number to hexadecimal with a calculator and you have a code. Alternatively, you can also use RGB codes directly in your HTML / CSS.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you can also download the ColorZilla extension from [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) to pick colours off websites.

well i have Paint shop pro 9 it was sixty bucks and along with telling you color codes, you can easily create beautiful graphics!

also, if you go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and go to "create layout" at the top then go to "backgrounds" or "text" when you go to pick the color, you can find color codes there too
