Boobs...
My boobs are a lot bigger than I'd like them to be. Is there any way I can make them look smaller? Thanks.

Wear a sports bra to hold your boobs down. (Whatever kind of bra you choose to wear, make sure it's the right size - even if you want it to hold your boobs down, you shouldn't wear one that's too tight.)
Your top should be fitted but not too tight. Don't wear tank tops or cap sleaves because these make your boobs look bigger. Don't wear baggy tops, because they make your whole body look big if you have big boobs. Dark colours are good because they make you look sleeker.

my boobs are big too they like grew recently to like a d lol like in the past week they got bigger hah...but yeah i'm skinny and i really hate how big they look so i wear a sports bra over my regular bra because it holds them down a little bit and makes them look a little smaller!

Try wearing shirts that aren't so tight around your breast area. Or try waering a sprots bra to hold them down?

i know at cheerleading all the girls wear two bras incase they get kicked there in the monts. but also its more support and makes you look flatter. and my one friend wears DD and she is 14. she usually wears a regular bra and then a sports bra underneath. its actually quite confortable.

You can get a more supportive bra. Sometimes that helps. Like, extra control or something. That couls make them look a little smaller. They're probably in any deparment store.

Certain shapes & fits of shirts can take notice away from your chest. These are some tips & examples from Seventeen magazine:
-Fitted polos work very well for full chested women. They show your shape without showing too much.
-Stay away from baggy sweatshirts or tees. They only add bulk to your upper body.
-Wear shirts that fit appropriatley because a too-tiny top exaggerates your chest even more.
-A fitted jacket creates a tasteful hourglass shape

Well to tell you the truth I am taking this answer from a movie that I saw a while ago, and it's called "Now and Then". Maybe you've heard of it? Well anyway, what one of the characters do (played by Christina Richie) is she takes duct tape and tapes her boobs down to make them smaller. I know it's not a really good answer, but that's the best I can think of.
