ok im the same person that asked the question about mozilla firefox.
ok so i followed your advice and went to task manager, went to processes, and clicked end process on firefox.exe. when i did, i got a pop up warning that said the following:
WARNING: Terminating a process can cause undesired results including loss of data and system instability. The process will not be given the chance to save its state or data before it is terminated. Are you sure you want to terminate this process?
ok number one, what is meant by "loss of data and system instability"? is it bad?
number 2, should i click yes or no?
and 3, if i click yes and something happens to my computer, will i be able to go back and fix it? or does it depend on what happens to it?
sorry its kind of long but thank you in advance. ♥

"Loss of data and system instability" means that if you closed something there that is necessary for the system to run normally, Windows might not function properly. As a general rule, don't close a program with "SYSTEM" under the "User Name" column. If you think you've closed something that you shouldn't have, restart your computer and everything will be back to normal.
It's always OK to close Firefox this way, although if you're typing something in Firefox (say, an answer to a question on this site), you will lose it (unless you have the SessionSaver extension), and all downloads will be cancelled. ]
