My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I have this problem!Ok at skool all these boiz like me ok! and i had some really bad relationships with all the boiz at skool!And i found out that every boi friend but one has made a bet on me!! i cried and cried all day!! I don't kno wat to do!! i wanna keep mi popularity but then i don't wanna get hurt by a notha boi u kno!!i really don't kno wat to do!!??(boo hoo)!!They try to make it seem like they realli like me but when they break up with me all they do is wave thier money in mi face sayin they won a bet!!And i found out that the bet was on me!! That must suck! You should stop saying that you dont like him. As much as you say that you dont you do and dont swear. You just say that so you can belive it and so you can get over him but well all know its not working. ok i have been goin outh wiith this kid for 3 months .. and i broke up wiith him because he cheated on me 3 time's once when i was there but the other 2 he denys them . and i really like him and he keeps asken me back out and i wanna go out with him but i dont want him to cheat on me again should i go back out with him or just be friends with him?

Aw well if he cheated on you that many times then I think that you guys should just stay friends. I mean soon you will get over him and relize how much of a jerk he is. You could do way better and you dont have to deal with him. x0

Once one of my friend told me she cuts herself.

Did you learn your lesson yet. Next time when some one tells you something like that dont tell anyone else. Even though you should dont. Talk to that person and help them stop and get through it. Be there for her and be a good friend. If that doesnt work and she still cuts then defenetly tell some one. If they get mad then that sux but you did the right thing. Dont tell none of your friends her buisness until you or someone else helpes! Talk to the girl who cuts and apologize to her for telling. Who ever calls you a gossiper ignore them because they are ignorant! x0

Ok, I want to try to start wearing makeup, all my firneds do and im feeling kinda left out!

Dont feel left out! Everyone wears make up so you could too without over doing!

` Eyeliner
` Mascara
` Lipgloss
` Foundation
` Powder
` Eye shadow
` Concelar

Those are some of the every day make up supplies!

First I would put the foundation//moistorizer // which ever one you prefer. Applay that but make sure you find the one that fits your skin tone and that isnt too dark. You can apply it with your finger tips or a small soft sponge 4 makeup.
The brand I would use is Cover girl!

After the foundation you can apply a lil bit of powder also Cover girl so it looks a lil bit more natrual. You can put a little of bronzer or blush on the cheek bones.

Then I would put eyeliner. Do it on the bottom. The color I would use is probably dark brown or black. MAC eyeliner works the best!

Add a lil bit of mascara! Not too much so your eye lashes dont stick together. I would eather use Revlon, MAC, or Cover girl.

After the mascara put a lil bit of eye shadow. Dont match your eye shadow with your outfit! Ever! It looks too boring. You would always want to go for different colors that dont match. I would do a smokey eye. // Thats if you know how to do it// If not then you could put shimery gold // tan eye shadow or maybe a darker color.

After all of that.. put a clear or peach lip gloss.

Tip - If you put a lil bit of foundation on y our lips and then chapstick and then add lip gloss it stays on longer!!

Try to remember if you did anything to piss them off. Did you say anything rude to anyone maybe? Be more social and talk to more people. Ask them what you did wrong. If they dont have a reason then they are just jerks who have nothin better to do so dont worry bout it too much. Your friends and family love you no matter what! x0

Yes, talk to him. Find out what hours he has his classes and try to see him between breaks. After a class look for him and try to make up a lil plan where you guys can see each other more. This guy probably really likes you so dont worry about him breaking up with you! If he didnt like you he wouldnt go out with you so he does like you! x0

ive tried every kind of eyeliner out there but ti always runs off and like goes away. ive tried the waterproof 16 hour one and they all go away what works?

Gosh.. I had the same problem! I could never find a really good eyeliner! MAC is really good but its kind of expensive! Also Revlon water proof works really good. If you want a cheap one then Wet n Wild works too. x0

Please read! This is the most confusing and hurtful thing that happened to me!

I have a boyfriend and I really love him. Even though I still am going out with him I've liked this guy soooo much this whole year! This guy knew that I liked him and he liked me to. Like 2 weeks ago him and his girlfriend broke up. While they were going out he was telling me that he really does like me and that he wants to go out with me. Well, he asked me out but I was still going out with my boyfriend. This weekend we didnt talk much. When I did he told me he wasnt over his ex girlfriend! I dont know what to do! Im heart broken! He told me he liked me and now I`m not in the picture anymore. He forgot about me and moved on! Please help! What did I do to change his mind that quick. i have this friend and we are really good friends. I am a 15 year old guy and she is a 14 year old girl. She wants me but i feel if we go out and something happens between us that we might not be friends afterwards. I dont want that to happen. How can i tell her this without hurting her feelings?

Just tell her what you just said. Tell her that you like her ( if you do ) and that if you guys ever went out and if something happened that you guys might not end up being friends anymore and that you dont want to risk that happening. She will understand but she might be a lil hurt . x0

earlier today a friend of mine asked me a question...they asked "if i show you something will you be mad?" I've been there and usually when a person starts to hurt them selves and has a rough time they just need a friend or some one to talk to. Talk to your friend about her problems and help her stop before she gets addicted and trust me its not hard. Just be there for her and show her you care. x0
