eyeliner
ive tried every kind of eyeliner out there but ti always runs off and like goes away. ive tried the waterproof 16 hour one and they all go away what works?

ok well i use Dramateyes its really good sorry i dont know where to buy it it was my moms she gave it to me also you can buy a refillable one at macys its preerty pricy 22$ but it works so good and then you dont have to keep buying new ones you juss buy new liner it works really good goes on smooth and everything.. hope it works out jessica

i use lancome or w/e you but it at dillards it cost more but it works and comes in many colors you can also have a perfessinal help you pick out the perfect one... and most of the time if you but something then you get a free gift... hehe but it does cost some money

Gosh.. I had the same problem! I could never find a really good eyeliner! MAC is really good but its kind of expensive! Also Revlon water proof works really good. If you want a cheap one then Wet n Wild works too. x0

I use Revlon waterproof. It works good for me. For me it lasts for up to 3 days. I just touch it up a little bit. I'm so addicted to eyeliner! It's the only thing I wear! I feel totally naked without it! (= So I hope this one works for you!

MAC eyeliner works the best, but its pretty expensive. www.maccosmetics.com. If you want a cheap yet works-very-good eyeliner I say go for Wet N' Wild. Eyeliner is never going to stay on all the time, so you might have to re-apply when needed!
