i straighten my hair just about every day and its starting to get pretty damamaged. my hair is thin and wavy, and 4-6 inches past shoulder length. please let me know if you have any suggestions! thanks!!!

i would walk 3 miles every other day? 1/2 mile run on the days when i dont walk? how about that? or would running about 2 miles be better instead of walking fast? like for my legs..to be toned, a nice tight butt/legs kuz i have a big butt but it looks gross lol im not fat but lol idk!

I dyed my hair yesterday and i always straighten/flat iron my hair and i was wondering if its safe to flat iron it after i dyed it? would it dye it out? my hair is well conditioned so it doesnt look or feel dye but i was just making sure. Thanks!

el for about a week blowdry your hair straight then you can start straightening it but not to much because it will kill your hair.. hope it worksout . JESSiCA

I am 20 and I am 300 lbs, I am also female which raises the cruelity level up a few notches. I desparetly need new deit tips so I can lose the extra flab.

ok well what i did was i played softball and out coach made us run a mile 5 days a week and thats 7 laps around a softball field if the bases are 60ft apart so then next week we had to run 2 miles 5 days a week and so on .. it really worked i lost like 50 pounds but then i had to gain sum back because i was only 110 to begin with also dont go on a diet because once you stop the weight comes back to you .. hope i helped. well get the dye and like put a scrungie where you want the tips to start do this in liek pigtails like flat on youre face and then take they dye and like apply it under the scrungie(hair band) .. hope i helped . JESSiCA

Okay here is the problem my friend just turned 12 last week but her room looks a little kiddish with like pink wallpaper,horse models and so on but she wants her room to look like a 12 year old kid's room but her mom will not let her get new furniture or paint her walls.So does anyone have any ideas on how she could make her room look good without getting new furniture and stuff?I will rate fives to anyone who helps with this room emergency no matter if your advice is not very good!!!

get poster and pictures and buy a new bedspread and you can juss leavee the furniture also she could buy mabey like a mirror and some cheap posters and lots of them .. hope it works out JESSiCA

ok..on my lower buttcheeks i have little red bumps..i dont know if theyre pimple(they dont have heads) or if its just a rash from my undies..im realli not sure what it is..does anyone know or even have a remote idea what it could be? thnx

if your that concered on getting rid of them, try a drugstore creme or medicine, like over the counter, or go to the doctor for sugjjestions. or maybe a dermatoligist..i think they are the people that work with pimples and rashes. but if its a rash, go to the doctor hope it works out JESSiCA

Last night I tried to kill yself by ODing on sleeping pills. It didnt work though obviously. All that I remember is my dad bringing me into bed and my body started spazing out. I woke up this morning feeling really sick. And really upset because it didnt work.And the sad thing is htough.. If it had... I'm sure that my dad wouldnt have noticed and my mother wouldnt have noticed becaused she was on drugs and passed out. I just dont know what to do with my self. I need some advice. I also feel embarassed.. because after I tok the pills (they were sleeping pills) I wasnt in the right state of mind.. and one of my teachers IMed me when I was online and we had a conversation about stuff becasue I asked them if they ever knew a friend that tried to commit suicide... I mean come on now! wouldnt that just blow your mind? ugh. I dont know what to do. Someone please help me. I'll rate...If thats what it takes to get a decent answer

killing yourself won't do much. all it will do is hurt people who care about you, even if it seems like no one does. you still have your whole life to live.. trust me, at this exact moment you may be feeling upset and may hate life.. but later on you will realize that life is great. you will meet someone who will make you feel good about yourself. you just need to wait and stop hating yourself and life. i suggest you go to a counselor or talk to your parents about this. or even a teacher or friend and they will help you get the help you need. ive wnated to kill myself too ive even cut myself but anything is better than death

do pink and yellow go good together

Ok...I am content with my body except this little pouch of fat or something on my inner thighs..its the only thing that bothers me really..im pretty active, i walk and exercise about every day or every other day and play ports and was in track, and i try to eat fairly healthy. soo anything i can do to get rid of this? i'll rate high...!

you lay on both of your sides, one at a time and lift your leg up and this helps tone your inner thighs its a really good workout it worked for me also you can lay on your back and put bolth legs above you and lower the right leg out then pull it back thenswitch do htat 20 times a day youll be good in no time .. hope it works out JESsiCA

I need help with my hair. I just got it cut with an Ashlee Simpson style and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it (straight) and also I want to do the bang thing she does. ok well i use Dramateyes its really good sorry i dont know where to buy it it was my moms she gave it to me also you can buy a refillable one at macys its preerty pricy 22$ but it works so good and then you dont have to keep buying new ones you juss buy new liner it works really good goes on smooth and everything.. hope it works out jessica

my hair is the exact same way i hate it but what i do is i straighten it every morining but since its not super curly i cnat get it professionsally done so what i do is i take a shower at night then i put in my hair bio straight and sleek you can buy it at bath and body works and then i blow dry it then in the morning i straighten it but unless you get it chemically straightened which is expensive it wont perminally stay straight and you may grow out of it but as you get older you will want wavyer hair and all the girls with straight hair will be like i wish i had hair like that .. hope i helped .jessica i.m me if you have anyother questions
