Amplify, Suave[yeah I know believe it or not it works amazing], and another cheap one that works amazing is V05 Hot and Steamy or w/e its called. For curlier hair, if you want to make it super straight- John Freida Frizz Eaz Serum.

I use Pantene Pro-V shampoo and conditioner which i find makes my hair really smooth and shiny. I also use Brilliant Brunette straightening balm and use a flat iron to make it straight. Flat irons are a definite MUST if you want straight hair all day long!

Use shampoo made for frizzy hair and use lots of conditioner, but be sure to wash it out really well. Rinse your hair with cool/lukewarm water. Then blowdry it straihgt and use a small amount of gel with moouse (you can find both products for very cheap) Apply to your hair, root to tip. Then flip your hair over and put a large amount of moose there to. Then straighten with a straightening iron (or whatever you normally use and put a light amount of hair spray on the top! Let me know how it goes! <3

If you have really wavy hair like mine this will only tone down the wavs and you'll have to probably starigten it again. Its a product from Bio I don't remember the name but it halps. And if you have hair like mine it makes stragtening much easier.

Well i just started using the new pantene pro-v shampoo and conditioner the one with Amino Proteins... For conditioner i use the sheer volume and it gives ur hair body and volume plus it makes very soft and smooth. And then for the shampoo its called Daily moisture renewal and it moisturizes and repairs damaged hair. I always have that problem and it makes it sooooo soft and helps straightening it but i also use a straightener...

Hey, I use Matrix Sleek Styling products and they are awesome! If your hair is really frizzy and out there, then dont use too many products. If it is curly, then you can use a diffuser on your hair dryer if you dont want to straighten it ever day. I would recommend a ceramic straightener. :) x0

I use Aussie shampoo and conditioner. They have a special kind for dry hair which i really reccomend durring the winter or if u straighten your hair. I have a really good straighter that i got at Sally's Beauty Supply that i use everyday. You dont have to spend alot of cash, find one in your price range. And be really careful when u straighten your hair, take good care of it or you might fry it!

I use Revlons Hair sraiagtner. it works like a charm on my hair. But on the temperature nob dont turn it up too high because then it burns your hair and that makes your hair die and not smell to good.
Peace and God Bless, Nicole

It depends on how curly/frizzy your hair is naturally. I have wavy hair that tends to get frizzy every now and then, and what I found that works for me is the rotating brush called the Revo-Styler. I'm not sure sure if it will work for you but here's the process I go through to straighten my hair:

-shower at night to let hair get a chance to dry and settle
-use rotating brush or round brush and blowdry (if using the rotating brush, make the brush rotate outward *like a flip* and blowdry tips to roots)
-get a flatiron or even a curling iron to put finishing touches

It stays straight all day! Hope this helps!

Karen answered Wednesday February 23 2005, 7:05 pm:
I definitely recommend that you should buy "Straight Works" by Paul Mitchell. It smooths and straightens your hair and it won't make your hair frizzy at all. You should also try "Shine Spray" by got2b. It makes your hair shiney but it won't make your hair greasy and oily at all. For shampoos and conditioners, I suggest that you use either "Smooth and Sleek" by Pantene ProV or Garnier Fructice. Also, if you are a blonde or a brunette, John Frieda has straightening balms that makes your hair stay straight and they work too. If you need any other products, feel free to ask.
