Hey- I don't believe that's true lol! Anyway, running would probably help, but tae bo and tennis are AMAZING! You should try them out too! ♥ ALSO.. check Seventeen magazine's monthly workout- they tell you what excersises help what part of the body, and often do things for your legs and butt! Hope I've Helped! ♥

Well, addressing your first "question", I really have no idea what the hell you are saying. But honestly, if your typing skills are any reference to your intelligence, then exercising is a lost cause.

And yes, you must run a football field to burn off a single M&M. That's not that bad. Wait until you eat other things, like skittles and starbursts. Oh man, those are a couple miles at the least.

Thats a good question to ask. Yoo should run and dont like count the miles time yourself. I run 20 min every other day and that keeps me in tone with my legs and i get slimmer. If your butt doesn't look right yoo should do situps that usually works lol.
Hope I helped

Ok I don't knopwif it is football field, but it seems a little ridiculous since you can actually burn a few calories while sleeping! The advantage to exercising is that you not only burn the calories during you exercise, you also burn more calories later because it ups your metabolism rate.
You need to think about doing exercises other than just running so that you are fit all over.

It really doesn't matter what way you choose to run because both ways will work and tone your legs eventually. You can also try doing squats and lunges to tone your legs and butt. I don't think it's true that you have to run the length of a football field to burn off one M&M.

Start riding a bike everywhere... You will not believe the shape your legs will be in.

The M&M thing is complete bull. Look at the total calories on the back of the M&M bag, then look up a calorie chart on google. Do the math and you will see. When I actively played football in school I would down a 28" pizza after the game, all by myself and never gain a pound at the next weigh in. Let's see... A pizza 2 feet 4 inches in diameter with EXTRA CHEESE, versus a few M&Ms. Hmm. Start with the bike and you forget worrying about a little candy.

If you do pretty much any conditioning program, the standard is running 2-3 miles a day (no walking) and then weight training. If you want the toned body that you're after, I'd try running the three miles instead of walking them, because running 1/2 a mile a day isn't going to get you in shape. If you can't run 3 miles right off the bat, try running as much as you can whithout walking until you can work up to 3 miles.

And I don't think that you have to run a football field to burn off one M&M, but maybe the number of calories equivelent to 1 M&M.

omg lol idk you are running every day? That is awesome? This is another statement that ends in a question mark?
Running will only get dogs to chase after you and those fools are mean. Having a big ass won't help you lose them either, and that's the first thing they're going to bite. Too bad the only way to lose those pounds is by running; it's kind of like a vicious circle. If you really want to lose weight you should just puke like that other chick. Excercise is for losers anyway.

Oh and I'm not sure about running a football field to burn off an M&M, but I DO know for a fact that you have to run a whole soccer field to burn off one Skittle. So just eat Skittles. And throw up.
