Ok...I am content with my body except this little pouch of fat or something on my inner thighs..its the only thing that bothers me really..im pretty active, i walk and exercise about every day or every other day and play ports and was in track, and i try to eat fairly healthy. soo anything i can do to get rid of this? i'll rate high...!

Sounds like you're doing pretty well already; thing with walking, though, it only works the front and back, not the inside of the thighs - jumping jacks will do it slowly, or try squeezing things betwixt them.

Try to do excersizes that involves your legs such as, lifting weights with your legs, and go on alot of bike rides :) try jogging or walking up really high inclines or you can go hiking<thats what i reccoment, if you can find one.

well there are different work out techniqes for thinner thights.. i guess if yu ran a lil more each day yu can get rid of that fat! and doiinq crunches really does help!! hOpe ii helped! xO

There's special excersises for your thighs alone, tae-bo, tennis help also. Check SEVENTEEN or COSMOGIRL, they always have good thigh excersises! Hope I've helped &hearts;

you lay on both of your sides, one at a time and lift your leg up and this helps tone your inner thighs its a really good workout it worked for me also you can lay on your back and put bolth legs above you and lower the right leg out then pull it back thenswitch do htat 20 times a day youll be good in no time .. hope it works out JESsiCA

the other answer is proababally better, but just try jogging or runnning some more, or some magizines have exersicers, try leg exercises, or ask a doctor what you can do to get rid of it.try going onto google, and searching leg exercises or something, and if nothing works.just remember you are perfect in gods eyes, and god made you the way he wanted to, so if you cant get rid of it, im sure your still very pretty and any guy will be able to see that! well i hope i helped atleast a little! goodluck

There is a type of leg exercise that I don't know the name of at this moment but you lay on both of your sides, one at a time and lift your leg up and this helps tone your inner thighs. It's pretty hard to get rid of that extra skin/fat in your inner thighs but the exercise that I've mentioned should help. If not, try doing other leg exercises that you can get from this site: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Try running or jogging too.
