weight I am 20 and I am 300 lbs, I am also female which raises the cruelity level up a few notches. I desparetly need new deit tips so I can lose the extra flab.

ok well what i did was i played softball and out coach made us run a mile 5 days a week and thats 7 laps around a softball field if the bases are 60ft apart so then next week we had to run 2 miles 5 days a week and so on .. it really worked i lost like 50 pounds but then i had to gain sum back because i was only 110 to begin with also dont go on a diet because once you stop the weight comes back to you .. hope i helped. ok honey what is your diet that much weight i hazardous to your health have you thought about gastrobypas surgry mabe that can help if not hit the gym if your mad about some one critizing you get a punching bag cause i used to be on the obies side and i hated swimming or the tredmill walking burns the most calleres try walking around the neigherborhood or waking in place wathing your favorite show thtas what i did i hope you can shed the pounds good luck ]
Yes i no a diet ok well for 5 days all you can eat is meat eggs or soup please try it and tell me how much you lost.....

Don't follow all thoes low carb no carb diets they dont work TRUST ME i've tried them. My doctor just told me the nutritional way to loose weight is to eat less portions and exercise, take a walk or just do some sit-ups. Its worked for me. ]
The best thing for you to do would be to join some kind of health/fitness club that monitors your weight on a weekly basis and comes up with a weight loss plan for you. I did some research on the internet, and here are the best sites that I could find:

Also, talk to your family doctor, and see if he can come up with a plan for you that is designed specifically to your body. Then you could try to join a spa or gym and talk to a counselor to see if they could come up with an exercise plan that would work for you. Some gyms also have personal trainers.

I think low carb would be the best way to go. You know atkins/south beach? Its worked for millions and it will work for you. I think you should look it up on google or buy the book(Have to buy the book!). If you want atkins, its pretty strict..but south beach is strict also but lets you add back carbs after a while. You could also consult your doctor and ask what you should do. Definatley start walking and stuff to raise your metabolism. If you looked up low carb and have any questions you can ask me. I'm doing low carb and I know all the basics and stuff. Good luck! ]
If you want to lose weight, then you need to tell yourself that it's time to make changes in your eating habits. Start eating healthier and watch how much you eat. Go on a low carb diet but only stay on it for about a month because I hear it's unhealthy to stay on one for a while. Eat foods that don't have that much fat and calories. Since you are a lot older than most other people who ask this sort of question, I suggest that you talk to a doctor about this for a more, better answer and such. For your weight, it will take a while to start seeing yourself losing weight. Good luck!
