I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.


I have 15 tattoos, and 8 piercings. I'm married and just gave birth to a baby boy in May. I'm currently a SAHM so you can find me taking care of my son and binge-watching television while he naps.

I was staying at a Hotel and I left my laptop in the lobby and didn't realize until I got home. I'm realllyy mad and feel so stupid for doing that. Do you think it was most likley stolen? We can't call until tommorow since the lost and found is closed. I'm so scared. If it has been stolen I'll have to raise money and by my own. Is there anything I could do to get money? I'm only 14.

I wouldn't worry too much. One of the workers probably saw it & gave it to someone at the desk, or the lost & found. Don't worry. Just call in tomorrow.

If they don't have it, then maybe you could do a fundraiser at your school, or something like that so you could raise money to purchase a new one.

ok i write alot of poems about my good/bad life experiences and i read them to my friends. all of the friends that i have read them to say that i should get them published. im not trying to be cocky but i do think that my poems are good too. my question is who could i send my poems into so that they can get published, or even looked at by a professional? also i am 14f if that helps. lol thanks in advance

I would suggest www.poetry.com. It's a site where you post your poetry, and if it's good, the site sends you letters & whatnot, and you get to be in a contest.

But, I think they do that for every poem that's submitted, because everytime I submitted a poem [even if it was horrible, or whatever] they'd send me a letter. They sent my brother letters too.

But, I'd ask your english teacher. He/she might know a place that you can send it to. I'm pretty sure they'd be interested in helping you if you pitched them the idea. =)

okay. so, i've been wanting to get snakebites for a while. its where you have one lip ring on one side of your mouth and another on the other side of your mouth. the only thing is my mom won't let me get them, because she thinks they'll hurt too much and that they'll get infected? has anyone ever had snakebites, and do they hurt alot, and waht are the chances of them getting infected and around how much do they cost?.

I don't have snakebites, but I have friends have the spiderweb [snakebites with another piercing in the middle], and they said that it doesn't hurt.

But, pain varies from person to person. What might hurt to someone else, might not hurt to another person.

As for them getting infected, they won't get infected if you keep them clean. If you just leave them there, and do nothing to take care of them, then they're gonna get infected. That's a definite. But, if you're pretty good about cleaning and taking care of them, they should be fine.

As for the cost, it depends where you go. Some piercing places are cheap [around $35-40], but some places can be fairly expensive charging over $50.

Also, try to remember this for health causes: If you walk into a place, and they take you to the back & their needles are already laid out, walk out of there immeadiately; because chances are, they're dirty. Make sure they open everything in front of you, and explain everything to you. Such as what they're gonna do, how it's done, what they're using, and how to clean & take care of your piercing. If they do none of that, I suggest leaving because they're dirty, and they'll probably infect you with something.

There have been many cases of dirty piercing/tattoo parlors & people getting sick or getting diseases/infections because of them. So keep that in mind.

We are having a dance the day after my 13th brithday. Ive already seen guys asking girls and ive been hoping to get a date. I mean, im not ugly, im average. But no guys ever seem to ask me because im usually best friends with the guys and they only see me as a friend now. It really hurts knowing no1 wants to go with me =( i really want some advice that could maybe somehow help me. thanks please help!

Ask one of your guy friends that don't have dates. They shouldn't mind it, because they're probably feeling the same as you.

I doubt you can, but why did you wait til last minute? You should always study WAY ahead of time so that way you don't end up cramming or freaking out.

i am in the 8th grade and i really like this guy who is in my class. we have been going to school together scince kindergarten. He got out of a really bad relationship like a year ago and hasn't liked a girls scince. he always gives me mixed signals its driving me nuts. Just tell him. He should understand, and the worst thing he could tell you is that he's either gay, or he doesn't like you back.

But who knows, he might like you. So take a chance. And if he doesn't, it's not the end of the world & at least you found out.

so, my friend "Lucy" and i hang out together alot with other people. sometimes she cant go to things or i do something without her but i dont make her feel bad, i try not to make a big deal out of it (even if it was super fun) in an effort to not make her feel left out. yet, i got groudned last night, so i couldn't go to this one thing with lucy and my other 2 friends. well i talked to the other 2 friends after and they were like oh it was good but we missed you, we just talked and watched a movie. then lucy of coursse has to make a huuuge deal out of it, saying it was like the best night and how fun it was and like trying to make me feel super left out. of course, the ONE night im not there it's the BEST NIGHT EVER. and it's not like this is the first time it happened, she ALWAYS does that when i'm not there and im SICK OF IT.

i dont know hwat to do. should i give her a taste of her own medicine in the future? but im not like that. should i just let it roll of my shoulders? it makes me angry though. i dont know what to do or why she does this.

I started eating a little less and excersizing a little more. I still eat some junk food. I mean, I barely thought this diet thing would work. But now, since about a week or two ago, I have already lost 5.5 pounds. Is that too much? I guess I'm the kind of person that needs to eat alot. Should I eat more? Or is this too much? ...

I think that's good that you're trying to lose weight, but the way you're doing it can be sort of unhealthy.

You shouldn't eat less, but you shouldn't eat things that are fattening. No junk food at all. No sweets, no sodas. No ice cream, anything that has a load of sugar.

Just keep exercising, and eat super healthy, and cut everything with lots of fats or sugars out. No more fast food either. =)

15/f. ok, so there's this guy who's a senior and lives about 45 min away from me, but he's kinda scared to drive on highways and so doesn't really visit me. we're really close friends and we hooked up on saturday. problem? he and my sister hate each other and my friends don't really like him either. i know my friends wouldn't care if i hooked up with him again or did anything else, but my sister would. she hates him. she started the fight that got them to hate each other in the first place and it's just so ridiculous. after he and i hooked up, she asked me about it and she knew i was lying, so she eventually got the truth out of me: we did. she told my mom and we didn't speak for a full day, the longest we've ever been mad at each other. she really hates him. so what should i do? should i just completely defy her and be "friends with benefits" with him? or should i not let the relationship continue?

Your sister cares about you, and doesn't want you hooking up with someone that could ruin you.

But, I think you're old enough to make your own decisions so you should do what you want. Because you're gonna be the same way with her someday.
