Too much? I started eating a little less and excersizing a little more. I still eat some junk food. I mean, I barely thought this diet thing would work. But now, since about a week or two ago, I have already lost 5.5 pounds. Is that too much? I guess I'm the kind of person that needs to eat alot. Should I eat more? Or is this too much? ...

Just to let you know if you lose weight fast then you're more likely to just gain it back.3-5 pounds a month is the most to lose a month. ]
well the heathy amount to lose per week is 1-2 pounds. but it kinda depends on how much you weigh now too ]
I think that's good that you're trying to lose weight, but the way you're doing it can be sort of unhealthy.
You shouldn't eat less, but you shouldn't eat things that are fattening. No junk food at all. No sweets, no sodas. No ice cream, anything that has a load of sugar.
Just keep exercising, and eat super healthy, and cut everything with lots of fats or sugars out. No more fast food either. =) ]
It's not good or bad, it's average. It's regular for a person to lose more weight the first couple of weeks because there is alot to lose. You'll notice over the next couple of weeks you'll only lose 2 or maybe 3 pounds.
I admire you for sticking you a diet/excersise plan. I never can go through with them =/
