My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Im 14/Female and i havnt had my period yet. But i discharge...its heavy (been heavy) since maybe october. Not all the time though. Is it normal for it to be yellowish white? Because i will be in school sometimes and i will discharge and i will always look down to see if i had my period and i dont but its scary. When i do get my period and if im in school will it just come out when it wants to (like people could see it) that would be embarresing! Please Help Ladies! i rate high and give feedback!!!! Thank U

That is normal and you will probablly get your period soon. Start wearing a light pad just incase. x0

I'm extremely shy, and I've never had a boyfriend, or a kiss. I want a boyfriend.. should I continue to be shy, do guys think it's cute? Or should I push myself to be more outgoing.. but idk how? I try to be myself, but I get so insecure, I always think people are judging me. I've had a few boys ask me out and everything.. but they were all losers, not to be mean or anything. So it's not like i've never had a chance of having a boyfriend. How do I get a decent guy to notice me?

I think that you should be outgoing. Being shy isnt that fun and not a lot of people think its cute. Go out with your friends and have fun. No one will be judging you and if they do then they are stupid. Im sure theres nothing wrong with you tho so dont worry but you will find a cute guy. x0

okay. me and one of my Ex's broke up 7 months ago! And now,, one of my friends asked him if he still likes me, and he said "well....it was b'cuz of baseball...." (that he broke up w/ me)And never really answered her question.
Since then, hes been staring at me in the halls. And flirting w/ me. Just not talking to me.

ok, this is weird, i know, but i am going out with this guy who i really like and we just started going out like 3 days ago and i only see him in the halls because he's a grade younger than me. should I hug him first or let HIM hug me... or wave to him.. ugh, i just don't want to embarress myself.. please help!

I hate when I have cramps so dont eat to much and then drink milk or water. I know that milk sounds gross but it gets rid of cramps. x0

Where do you go to get it done? And is it like a spray or something? I need to get tan but I don't want the sun or tanning bed to give me cancer or something..

Well there has to be a place where you live that has mystic tanning. It is a spray but you dont do it yourself, you just have to stand there and it sprays you. Its really rare that you get skin cancer from tanning beds but if your skin is sensitive then it could happen. x0

I've been looking into several ways to remove hair from my legs and underarms. One of my friends suggested using Depillatory Cream. (Such as Nair, Veet, etc) My question is, does this really work? And is it safe for underarms? What brand or product do you suggest? And how long does the hair stay off?

Well it probablly will work but Nair kind of burns. Make sure you arent allergic to it and if you get something good hair wont grow for about a week. x0

I'm 15 Okay well my good guy friend and I want to date, but his mother hates my guts. Once his mother said something about me and he was sticking up for me and she said "Don't you start that again or I'll pull you out of school." And believe me she would do it too. So my friends are like just date and dont tell his mother, but his ex girlfriend is one of my good friends and her mother is still really good friends with his mother. So there is no way that we could keep it from her. What do you think I shud do?

Do you know why she doesnt like you? Why dont you try to find out. Maybe you could talk to her and ask her if not have him talk to her about it. If you both do go out tell your good friend not to tell her mom but I dont know why that would be any of the parents buisness anyways. x0

I dont know if a pair of pants is good for her birthday but whatever you want. Girls jeans are usually odd numbers. Juniours are 0,1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 and so on. Ask her best friend or something but I think you should get her like jewerly or something like that. x0

o0 wow! Well its not about which one of them loves you more its acually about who you want and who you have more feelings for. If you lost your virginity to your ex then you must of trusted him a lot and cared for him. If you really like this guy you are with right now stay with him. Eather way you are going to end up hurting someones feelings. Dont go out with anyone for a little while and then take the time to relize who you cant be without. You will start thinking about one of them more and miss them. There is just one that you really love you just have to take the time to see who it is. x0

Tell your friends the truth. They will keep ignoring you until you say something. Maybe they dont relize that they are doing that. Go somewhere with a cousin or start a new hobbie. Play sports,chat online, do your nails, try a new hairstyle.. You could also rent and watch some movies, TV shows, stuff like that! Keep your self busy. x0

okay at skool the other day i leaked and it was all over my chair. i coverd my pants with my jackett. i was wearing a extreamly large pad. it went through. am i bleeding to much

You need to wear a better pad that is thicker and so you wont leak. Since its your third period it will bleed really heavy for now. Change you pad about 2-3 times at school. x0

ok well i have this boyfriend i love him him soo much and he loves me too and he wants a kid reallie badd and i do too and we kinda said we want one but im afraid of my parents reaction if i did end up getting pregnant. and i mean im scared becuz my da tends to have a very bad temper problem like one time i juss wanted to go to my room and so he grabbed the bak of my head and literally threw me into my room and made my head hit the wall and i cut it open on a tack thing and so i tried to walk past him to get a wet rag and he wouldnt let me! and so im not afraid of my moms reaction becuz all she would do is give me andvice and help me raise it and tell me i was stupid and kik me out of the house cuz they said if i mess up reallie badly one more time im out of the house its my dads reaction im afraid of becuz when he gets madd he juss like blacks out and doesnt kno wat hes doing until its done and my boyfriend says that if my dad tried to hurt me that he would defend me and hit my dad and all but i dont want anyone to get hurt you know? but you have no idea how badd i want a baby!!!! and if i did get pregnant i'd want it to be my boyfriends baby. im juss afraid of my dad he scares me more than anyone i have ever known in my life

How old are you? A baby is a lifetime commintment and you will have to take care of that baby every moment in your life. You are probablly really young Im guessing but do you really want a baby right now? Are you sure that you are ready? I wish I knew how old you are because it would make it easier for me to answer this question. I think that you should wait until you get married and until you are old enough. I know how much you both want that baby but there is other things you have to think about. You have to finish school if you already didnt and you will need a job and a place to stay. You both will have to work extra hard and forget about your life and focus on the baby. Save money so you can buy clothes, food, toys and everything for the baby and you might not have time for your life and for your responsibilities. If you seriouslly cant wait a while talk to your mom. Its good that she gives you advice because she is only trying to help you. Every dad usually has a bad tempor but your dad is only trying to protect you. x0
