To get rid of cramps make sure you stretch before running. Don't drink a lot of water really fast-this can lead to more cramping. To stay hydrated, take shorter sips of water. Also, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. To get rid of cramps, keep walking-don't sit down!!!

scientists have found out that most cramps have been caused by lack of drinking. Before running you should be drinking 500ml of liquid, 500ml-plus while doing sport and 500ml after

at first you will find this hard to do as your body isnt up to drinking so much, but gradually bring it up and you should find your cramps come less often

ILoveJordan answered Sunday April 10 2005, 3:06 pm:
Well, if you don't eat or drink before running then it'll help prevent cramps. Also, I've found that using the restroom before running helps get rid of the cramps. Exercise is also something that will get you in shape, so your body may not be used to the amount of running you're doing, and provide you with cramps. By the time you get in shape, you shouldn't have to worry about any cramps. :D Goood LUCK!

To get rid of cramps before you run, try not to eat that much and stretch before you run. This will help. To get rid of cramps while you run, drink water and breath properly, like the way you are supposed to while you run.
