♥[?]♥ I need a good foundation. Which do you all reccomend that wont be cakey and dry out skin? I have combo skin if that helps.

I want one to look like i have NO flaws.

Thanks =]
I use Covergirl, and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. It's priced to sell, and it comes in 3958625869 shades, so you're bound to find one to fit your skin tone.

Here's a link of my exact product:
http://www.walgreens.com/store/pickcolor.jsp?CATID=100293&navAction=push&navCount=4&id=prod1354553&skuid=sku1354563

Now, that's kind of a bad example as far as the shades go. I use the "Natural Biege", but it's NOWHERE NEAR as dark as it is in the photo.

Here is a better link of the shades it offers:

♥[?]♥ ok here's my problem i cant stop applying chapstick/ lipblam whatever you want to call it. if i go more than an hour without it i feel like im going crazy. so is chapstick actually addictive or am i just obssesed with the cherry goodness?
I am the very same way, only I must have the medicated kind. I wouldn't say you're truthfully "obsessed", but others may disagree. I figure as long as you're not hurting anyone, have at it! (=

♥[?]♥ ok... i have like really bad acne and i need to know what products would help that. do you know any really good products? 13/f
I say it's always best to use a simple acne and oil fighting product; such as:

http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetails_69.asp
(which can be purhchased at Walgreens for $4.49)

or:

Also, if you're willing to entertain the idea of a facial, those are awesome. Certain types target specific problems, so make sure to read the label. It's a fun, easy and CHEAP way to renew your skin. I usually get some friends together and make a night of it, but that's just me. :P If you're interested though, we keep it simple.. and use:

http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100310&navAction=jump&navCount=0&id=prod1099072
(that one claims to spefically target oily skin, but there's many different packets produced by that company.)

So yeah, those are the products I use, and I can honestly say I have seen nothing short of fantastic results. [:

Something else I'd like to add. I see you've been recommended Biore? I've never personally tried them, so I can't give my opinion either way. However, a bunch of my friends have. They said it's the 'biggest joke on the market'.. (Just figured you might appreciate ALL opinions. :D)

♥[?]♥ ok so all i want to know is do you HAVE to be 18 to drop out? I dont want anyone sayin that im making a mistake because i've heard it all before and i dont care its my life and i will live it how i want and if i am making a mistake thats fine i will have to live with it so dont tell me what a huge mistake i am making.
Some states you may be 16, others 18. If you insist on leaving school, I suggest you still graduate. I realize it's your life and all of that, but just think things through before you act. There are alternatives to high school. If school is so bad, perhaps switching schools might work. And if not, you can get your GED. Better yet, you can do online schooling from home and earn a normal and accredited high school diploma. Online schooling from home is done on your own schedule, and it can take as little as 8 months. If you're interested in home schooling, I am home schooled. Should you ever need some information on the subject, I would be more than willing to lend a helping hand where I can.

♥[?]♥ this is for everyone to answer.

what age did you have your first boyfriend? and what age did you have you first kiss?

i just wanna get some ideas. thanks.
My first kiss was with my first boyfriend. I was in twelve and in the seventh grade. (=

♥[?]♥ okay im having alot of trouble with eyeliner.
basically i have red hair (not bright red it's more of a light brown red trust me its weird) and brown eyes. what color should i use? i dont think black looks good on me.

HELP! please.
Light brown liner, absolutely. My two best friends use light brown eye liner, so I obviously come face to face with red hair and brown liner all of the time. It's very suitable for them. (=
♥ Mackenzie ♥

♥[?]♥ Can someone explain to me how the hell do you put eyeliner on the top i always have like this space where you can see my natural skin color..
When it comes to liquid eye liner or pencil eye liner, it's just a personal preference as to which we use. Certain things suit certain people. However, if you ask... chances are that most people will tell you that pencil is a better choice for them. It's a great start for a beginner who is just getting used to it. If you mess up, pencil is a whole lot easier to clean up and re-do than liquid is. Also, if you plan on carrying it around in a purse or pocket.. you risk the chance that the liquid may ruin [though I don't suggest carrying eye liner in your pocket]. If you DO mess it up, just take a tissue and slowly run it along the rim of your eye lid. It will come right up.

Generally, desired effect of eye liner is to create the illusion of darkness just above the lashline to enhance the look of the lashes. To apply it, gently hold your eye lid down, and start at the inner part of the lid [closest to your nose]. Then just simply draw a thin line smoothly and evenly along the top and bottom lid, getting as close to the lashes as possible. If it looks like there is a space between the liner and your lashes, then I guess you just have to thicken the line a bit. Or, if you'd rather have a very thin line, I guess you just have to try again. One last thing, make shore you draw the line all the way to the outside corner.

If you're still experiencing difficulties, don't get discourage. It will probably take some practice. It took me a while at first, too.

And as for products, I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are "Meryl Norman" and "Beautique". "Meryl Norman", which can only be purchased at "The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios", is pricey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it really is good stuff. It goes on wonderfully, and it stays on all day! On the other hand, I happen to think that "Beautique" is better. However, I've only seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". Good news though, it's only .99 cents. Trust me, I wouldn't ever buy crap make up! I get only the best, so do not let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I actually prefer "Beautique" out of any other brand of eye liner on the market, based on it's performance alone! "Beautique" glides on smoothly and really lasts all day! I honestly can not promote this item enough! And if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents.. it's worth a shot!! [:

I'm sorry for the long reply. I get too into these make up questions. If you'd like further assistance, don't hesitate to ask! Goodluck! :D

♥[?]♥ I'm a plus sized girl, and I'm fine with that but finding clothes is hard for me. I was wondering if anybody could tell me some cool sites or stores, besides Torrid or Lane Bryant, that sell plus sized clothes. I have no price preferance.
I noticed someone below me mentioned Old Navy, and that store has a nice variety of (smaller size) plus sized clothing.

Department stores carry every and all sizes, so don't forget about them.

But the best store would be Fashion Bug, by far. Really pretty clothes, at reasonable prices. Very stylish and girlie.

♥[?]♥ Hey! I'm not shure if this goes in this category but - does anyone know how to get good karma?

Thank yoU!
Any good deed will build up Karma. Karma is smiling at someone when they're looking down in the dumps. Karma is waiting an extra thirty seconds at a restuarant door, to hold it open for an eldery couple that will enter before yourself. Karma is going for a walk with rubber gloves and a plastic bag and picking up street litter. In short, you get what you put in, in this world. Do good, and good things will come back to you. For every action, there is a reaction. (=

♥[?]♥ i have a question : this might seem wierd but can a 12 year old boy have six pack abs? thank for you help.
Are they physically capable, yes. Supposedly, they're healthy. I don't see how.

♥[?]♥ Hi. I am going to be a freshman in high school this year and I want to start wearing makeup. Do I just start wearing it one day, or do I have to ask for my mom's permission? I think I should tell my mom that I want to, but I don't know how to go about doing it. Thanks!
I began to experiment with make up when I was in sixth grade. I never asked for anyone's permission. I figure since nobody stopped me, that nobody cared. That might not be the case at your house. I'm not sure, I don't live there. Since I am unfamiliar with the way your Mother runs things, I suggest you talk with her and let her know your desire. Some Mothers have a heart attack over a surpise like that.

It might also be to your benefit. If she's okay with the idea of letting you wear make up, I'm sure she'll be willing to take you out to buy a few items, or perhaps supply you with some of hers. She's been a female for many years. Chances are she is familiar with all of this by now. She'll probably have great tips.

If you plan on consulting her, why not come right out and ask it? It's not an embarrassing thing. Some girls are embarrassed when they get their first menstrual cycle, and I can understand that. But make up? That's nothing to be ashamed of. Just catch her at a good moment and say something along the lines of, "Hey, Mom? I'm going into nineth grade this fall. High school. I was wondering if it would be okay if I start wearing make up? What do you think? Can you help me out?"

Trust me, she will be glad you asked. I think it will also show a great sign of maturity. Something like make up is really a big step in life, though it may not seem like it to some. If she sees that you're willing to approach her for her opinion and approval, she will greatly appreciate that respect, and likely return it. Possibly with some more privileges.

♥[?]♥ Which magazines do you read? I am open to anything and trying to decide the best news/music/entertaining magazine.

I subscribe to Times, Ellegirl and Jane. I don't know if I should continue my subscriptions to Mad Magazine, Blender, Seventeen, and Teen Vogue. Comsopolitan seems interesting..

Also, if anyone read Ms. or Bust and liked it, please review them for me, thanks!!
I really enjoy 'Consumer Reports'. 'Consumer Reports' magazine covers a wide variety of items; from desserts, to home decor, to vehicles, to golf merchandise, to electronics and so on. I find it to be a great benefit in assisting you in making an educated purchase. Infact, I bought one for myself no more than two hours ago. (=

♥[?]♥ This is going to sound really daft to most people so I apologise but I don't know how to properly apply eyeliner, so I was hoping someone might be good enough as to explain it to me?

I also need to know whether liquid or pencil eyeliner is better and what colours are best for me if I have brown hair and wide brown eyes?

Thank you to anyone who helps!
I have big, brown eyes, with long, dark, brown hair. I wear black eye liner on the top and bottom lids. I happen to think it looks terrific. Match that with some white eye shadow, and it's my major confidence boost.

♥[?]♥ I think I have a "myspace virus."

I'm not really sure why, but there's something that is ALWAYS posting bulletins saying stupid stuff, like. Click here for graphics, or what not. I wouldn't mind so much, but people are deleting off their friend lists because it constantly posts stupid bulletins & causes them to have the virus as well.

I know it's not an issue with my computer, because I just started noticing this like 5 days ago, and I got a new computer yesterday & it's STILL doing it.

If anyone knows a way to delete the virus, please tell me. Or just give me ideas on how to stop it.

Thanks a lot.
It's an invisible code within your "About Me" or "Interests", but it could be lurking in any of those boxes within your "Edit Profile" page. Scroll through their context seeking suspicious codes. It will probably be somewhere at the very bottom of one of the boxes. Since the code is invisible, you'll have to look for < br > codes that you did not put there. If you can't find it, you might have to empty all of your boxes and start again. If you must do that, try copying and pasting your text onto a WordPad Document, because I doubt the virus will transfer.

♥[?]♥ it is ok to watch porn???...for woman???
Most everyone has their own opinion of pornography. And speaking as a female, we have just as much right as a man holds, to enjoy the occassional flick. ;)

♥[?]♥ oh yea, and what does 'hit that' or 'tap that' mean
It's slang term meaning, to have sex with.

i'm thinking about homeschooling. i have people that im aquiantences with but nobody really friends with. i thiiink i might be depressed but i cant tell because i dont have suicidal thoughts or cut or anything and around some people im really happy, but other people/places (school) i tend to get fake happiness or whatever. my mom would only like to do 1-2 years of homeschooling and idk if i should just do this sophmore year and my last 2 years homeschooled, or just do this year. i already have my schedule and it sucks they put me in a ton of classes i dont like, the ones i do like, i dont know anybody in. i kind of just want to be homeschooled this year because i want to live int he moment and do what makes me happy, and not always be cautious. i made up a list of pros and cons of homeschooling and every single one on the "con" had an IF in front of it. IF i dont get classes with people i know. IF im a little behind, etc etc. i also kind of want to do it this year because we are probably going to be in war or whatever with this whole iraq thing and isreal and stuff...what if this is my last chance to do something for me?? and i tottttttttally sound like all negative and depressive and giving up but i dont want to be or sound like it at all but i dunno what to do.

sorry it was long.
First rule of homeschooling, credits hardly ever transfer. If you think you can just see how it goes for one grade as a trial, that's not always an option. Chances are you will be stripped of all of your credits you currently have before beginning homeschool. Then if you come to find that homeschooling is not for you, you will have done that year for nothing, because the credits you earned from homeschooling will not transfer back to your public high school.

How do I know this? I am two months shy of 18, and I just began high school, for the second time. I dropped public school and switched to online schooling. Every single last credit was taken away from me at that time. So bottom line, you need to be 100% sure about this before you make an action.

Now, I go to online school. I can do school whenever I want for however long I'd like. I can do school work for ten hours today, and not again for 25 days.. and no one will give me a rash of shit. That's a major perk of homeschooling, it is all done on your own agenda. Online schooling is in no way a bad thing. It is actually quite accepted these days, and absolutely no one will look down upon you because of it.

The school I go to is Nationally Accredited, which means I can still land a university with ease. Now, Harvard, Yale and Cornell obviously won't accept me, because they want football stars and leaders of the debate club, but the University of Oregon, for example, won't see my online schooling as a problem whatsoever.

Yes, you will get a high school diploma, and it is absolutely no different than anyone else's. You'll even get a class ring, and graduation ceremony, if you so choose to go to Georgia to attend it. The school is based in Georgia, but you can take it from anywhere in the world. Almost all homework is submitted via internet; few things are sent by U.S mail.

I'm paying about $1,200 for four years of high school. Now, that may seem exspensive, but trust me.. that is such a DEAL that it's just unbelievably. There are many online high schools, so you might still want to look around. However, I completely looooveee my school. Home schooling was the best decision I've ever made. It just personally suits me best. You should know that just because it's done from home doesn't make the work any less difficult. Ironicly, I got the exact same freshman English book from my online school as I did in my public school freshman year. The work is the exact same, and the load isn't lightened at all. Most people find that hard to believe, but they're absolutely incorrect. If anything, it's more difficult. Can you imagine teaching yourself geometry? It's not easy. Of course, there's a fax number, email address, and help hotline that's open five days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm EST. And no, you do not have to do any type of camera visit with them.

♥[?]♥ I saw You, Me & Dupree today and it was rated PG-13. At one point in the movies, Dupree said the F word. Since when is that word allowed to be in PG-13 movies?
I'm confirming that the F-word absolutely must be used two times or more to adopt an R rating. (=

This site will elaborate for you.

Negative. You don't "forget", you just accept matters and find a way of adjusting. A dog is just as much a member of the family as everybody else. Things will be different, but you can manage by hanging onto fond memories. It might be devastating, but all good things must come to an end.
