I have the same problem, haha.

But I heard that you shouldn't wear chap stick if your lips aren't chapped.

Omg. I have the exact same problem, if I don't put any on, I feel like going crazy. I guess that you should lay off, once a day, until u go back to normal. It hopefully works, and I need to try it.

And chapstick is addictive.

You can get addicted to the motion of putting on chapstick. Some people are addicted to the motion of eating, they overeat, and then gain weight, you might be addicted to the the motion of putting on chapstick.

I don't think it's a bad thing, though, becuase then you'll have great lips all of the time!!

Remember, no one here is a doctor!

I am the very same way, only I must have the medicated kind. I wouldn't say you're truthfully "obsessed", but others may disagree. I figure as long as you're not hurting anyone, have at it! (=

haha hmm you probably think youre addicted, but i dont think it is anything serious, i think your lips are just beginning to get dependant on it...

...then again it could just be that cherry goodness.
