I swear im depressed, i cry alot like everynight, i feel like shit and want to die sometimes...
okay well i was fine until i met sammie, then we were goin out and i really loved her and then we broke up and all and i got crushed, ever since i have no been the same... like now 2 months later(this past sat) she tells me she likes me alot but doesnt want a bf right now, and like now im crying harder cuz now tomorrow is my birthday and i want to hang out with her so so so so bad on sat. and for like the past two days after she told me how she felt she been ignoring me and when i call her she says shes in a bad mood and doesnt wanna talk to me... well i asked her to hang out with me on sat. and she said oh idk i might hangout with chris(her best friend but i thikn more) i swear if i lose her im killing myself, i know ill do it, shes everything to me... i cant lose her... This sounds messed up and everything but if she's hurting your feelings with the Chris thing and you really want her to like YOU, just play the whole hard to get thing. It always works. Pretend you're over her, maybe flirt with other girls and I'm sure (like most girls would do) she'd come running back.

okay so i have this friend...well i think shes still my friend but anyways,she has a boyfriend and i had put a comment about him on his myspace pic saying "damn you look good, i would hit that anyday" before they were going out and i was just playing around. and now they are going out and my friend saw it and she was really mad at me because she gets jelouse real easy. she asked me if i liked him and i told her "ya hes cute but im not in love with him or anything"...and she just blew it off then she started acting wierd like started staring at me real hard and just madd dogging me at times. when i ask her "are you mad at me" she says no but im just not sure anymore, we dont talk like we used to anymore and she probly thinks im trying to steal her man...but im not i swear!!!

I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you. No one says you have to take this advice and do exactly what one says. It's an opinion, everyone knows that. You take it or leave the problem as it is or find another way to deal. ADVICE and "right answer" don't exactly add up.

okay i am overweight not complety overweight but overweight i really feel bad about my weight i am trying to go on a diet and workout more can u juss give some tips on wat i should good diets and stuff like dat (link)

-eat a lot of apples and "negative calorie" foods. (they burn fat)
-drink green tea as much as possible.
-replace all sodas and juices with WATER. and try to drink about 8 glasses a day.
-replace ice cream with frozen yogurt.
-Try not to snack and just wait until the next meal, but if you can't, eat negative calorie foods.
-exercise at least 35 minutes a day. 3-4 times a week.
-write down everything you've eaten and count up the calories. if you eat 500 less calories a day, you can lose a lot more weight.
-don't eat after 7 30 pm. you can lose up to 10 pounds a month if you don't eat after 7 30.
-Cut back on meats, cheese and fried foods.
-AVOID ONION RINGS,GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES, FAST FOOD OR ANYTHING DEEP FRIED.
-Eat Special K cereal with skimmed milk. it's yummy and good for you!

I need some help, i have herd alot that starveing yourself to lose weight doesn't work, but i have also herd that thats how the celeberties stay so skinny.I already know that starving yourself is vary bad for your body, so don't bother telling how dangerouse it is.I just want a yes, or no answer on wether or not it works, also i have been dieting for a wile, i run of the tredmeal every day for a hour and i have been eating healthy foods.But i haven't lost eny weight and i still look the same, i have been doing this for 3 weeks, what am i doing wrong? Starving yourself caues extreme weight loss. It works fast.
Eat negative calorie foods such as asparagus, apple, beet, berries, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruit, lemon, mango, onion, orange, papaya, pineapple, spinach, turnip, zucchini. You can eat as many as you want.

I don't think it's too dangerous. It goes away and comes back. and feeling bloated after throwing up a lot is common. I'd tell you to get help, but I don't want to be a hypocrit. so just be carefyl:/

You should ask him out. Confidence is a big turn on for guys. But only ask him out if you know there is AT LEAST an 80 percent chance that he will say YES. Otherwise, wait a little while longer. But if he likes you, just go for it. You have nothing to lose

Little OR too much sleep, not caring about anything, mood swings, easily aggrivated. sometimes people who are depressed don't take regular showers or do the regular day things they use to do. Some people eat A LOT when they are depressed, some people don't eat anything at all.

I'm 14. My girlfriend is 16. We both love each other very much.
Recently, after a night of passion (basically lots of making out and holding one another), she offered to take me to third base. I am simply not sure I'm ready for this, for a couple reasons...
The major one is it's simply incredibly daunting. I've never made it that far with any girl, and this is the kind of thing I've heard about in health class. I feel a little young and unprepared... I just get rather nervous when I consider it.
The other is simply the original idea I had when I first heard of it. I remember back years ago, when I first heard of the whole idea, I remember thinking "Wow, that sounds really disgusting for her. I would never make ANY girl do that for me". She says it doesn't bother me, but I don't know...
What you have to understand is that it's not her, it's me. I love and trust her indefinitely, it's issues I just have with myself. I think I also feel a little insecure about my body... I'm also afraid, however, that if I continuously pass something like this up, I'll just never be ready no matter how old I get.
Please don't answer this from a religious standpoint, and don't just say "talk to her" because I'm already doing that. She'd like an answer by Saturday.

Well, I definitely see where you're coming from.
Insecurity can take over big time. But if you love her and trust her, just be yourself around her. Think of something comforting. Just don't give the blowjob thing too much thought. If it happens, great. And if it doesn't, then it isn't the right time.
The more you think about it, the more stressful the decision can be. I'm sure she'll enjoy it, and you will enjoy it as well. Just start kissing and see where it leads you. Don't overthink.

Three different people called me emo because I was scratching myself with a tac. No I am NOT trying to be emo because I am way to terified that I will die if I even come close to any razor, or knife, or whatever. But I was just bored I wasn't like trying to be emo or anything. So now those three people are spreading rumors that I am emo. At my school if you are called emo then you suddenly are part of a group of people who die their hair jet black and cut their wrists. I saw that group and I don't want to be apart of that even though I am gonna die my hair black. (i've been trying to get my dad to let me die my hair since I was 7!) also i listen to all the same stuff the emos listen to just because i like it i cant help it if we like the same stuff. what can i do to stop the rumors? im 12 years old and i've had pimples since the beginning of 6th grade (im in 7th now) and i have a boyfriend, but i hate my pimples sooo much. i would do ANYTHING to get them gone. i have recently purchased ProActiv Solution and i've been using it once a day because it was drying out my skin. How long do you think this will take? I've tried Benzaclin, AcneFree, and now Proactiv, and nothing seems to work. Help? (link)

St. Ive's Aprocot scrub works well, also. and putting baby powder on your pimples before you go to bed works really well. but not your evtire face, just where the pimples are

Alright one day in school we had a sub and there was no work givin so the teacher decided to show us this cool websit. On the website you type in the name of a band and then it will give you another band that is like that one, then you can rate them and stuff. It was a relaly cool website and helps you find lots of cool new bands, the only thing is i dont remeber what the site was. I really want to do it on my own at home. I'm not sure about a website that starts with a "p" but there is a site called lastfm.com and it is the same thing. It gives you a list of 100 bands similiar to the one you like and you can do lots of cool stuff on it.

I'm 13/f, almost 14. I'm 5'10ish and 170 lbs.
My goal is to lose 20 pounds by December 31st 2006. My eating habits consist of 2 bowls of cereal for breakfast, usually a turkey sandwhich with 1 pint of chocolate milk & a fruit, and for dinner - i have about 2, 3 meals for dinner. I know I'm eating a lot, but I have four questions..
1) Is there any way for me to get my mind off of food so I won't crave it so much?
2) Excersize. How long should I run on the tredmill for/how many mph? I also play a lot of sports though. And also, if I'm not accesible to a tredmill one day what other exercise should I do?
3) What would you say is the rate I should be losing weight? (e.g. 2 pounds a week? 3 pounds a week? -- remember, I want to lose 20 lbs by December 31st 1992.
4) How many sit-ups and push-ups should I do every night? I would love to have a somewhat visible 2 pack by December 31st 1992

Eat A LOT of apples, drink green tea, don't drink chocolate milk, try not to eat a lot of meat, drink skim milk and eat a low calorie cereal(Special K), exercise for about 45 minutes a day, do 50 sit ups (upward situps, right side sit ups, and left side situps) every night, sucking on ice or drinking COLD water kills food cravings, try eating only three meals a day, and no snacking. oh, and drink 8 glasses of water a day. it helps a lot

I think that it is easier to tell someone to do something than to do it yourself.

Every single time I eat icecream!,a burger or something that is really high in calories I feel guilty,I feel bad I feel FAT!.Im not thin!and thats the problem!I don't have the weight that I want !and I had tried everything {all types of diet and exercices!}but they don't work! NO, don't use any kind of pills.
I know you've heard this before but
1) exercise just 30 minutes a day.
2) don't eat burgers or sweets for a while.
3) eat apples and drink green tea. apples make your metabolisn faster and green tea burns fat,
4) replace whole milk with skim milk and non fat yogurts instead of the high calories yogurts.
5) DON'T EAT DEEP FRIED FOODS! Onion rings, grilled cheese sandwiches, corn dogs, etc.
6) Don't eat too much chocolate because it has a lot of saturated fats.
7) EAT 3 MEALS A DAY but NO snacking.
8) DON'T EAT AFTER 7 pm! you can lose up to 10 pounds a month if you stop eating after 7 30.
9) walk, a lot
10) eat special K cereal. you lose a lot of weight if you replace some meals with special K.
that's all I can think of on the top of my head.
