i was like this for years, up until very recently. you have to really want it and really make healthy choices. also walking helps. it's easy and it it's on of the most healthy things you can do for your body.
try out new foods you know are healthier and see if you like them. i understand your want for good flavor, i'm the same way, but there's so many things that are better for you and it makes your body feel healther when you eat them, too. fruits and vegetables are delicious and they really help.

just remember to have high protein and low fat and sugar. if youre at a fast food place get the grilled chicken. if youre getting a sub get no cheese and light mayo or just 1 square of cheese if they usually give you two. get used to diet drinks. diet drinks are delicious and there are no calories or sugar. regular soda is really really high sugar, all it is is basically sugar water. if there is too much sugar in your body your body can't use it so it is stored away as fat. high sugar is basically high fat. just from reducing that intake alone can make you lose a lot of weight if you usually drink a lot of regular soda.

just always think about the "healthier" choice. it'll make your body feel better because it's not greasy and it'll make everything else happy because if you get into the habit of reducing your fat intake and focusing on high protein (soy, tofu, chicken and fish are both lean meats that are good protein an dlow fat). pay attention to the way things are cooked too. if it is fried then it has a lot of fat. try to get grilled or boiled or broiled, etc. just experiment a lot. i suggest lean cuisine, lean pockets, etc. lean cuisine has these panini sandwiches that are absolutely amazing and have more than half less the fat of a greasy cheeseburger.

EXCERCISE! for 40-60 minutes a day. the best way is to run on a tredmill. subsitute the things you love for healthy foods. for example, instead of icecream, eat frozen yougurt. instead of french fries, eat carrot sticks. instead of cookies and candy, eat fresh fruit. instead of milkshakes, drink a fresh fruit smoothie. in a blender, put your favorite juice in there along with fresh fruit and a few icecubes. blend and enjoy! sodas and pops can be replaced with water and juice. drink ALOT of water. did you know that one Pecan Pie has the same amount of fat as 12 cheeseburgers? cut down on sugary, salty, and fatty foods. here is a meal plan i got from Seventeen magazine:

Breakfast:

3/4 cup cheerios
1 cup low fat milk or soy milk
1 medium banana
--------------------
mid-morning snack:

1/2 cup of raisins
3/4 (6oz) low fat plain yougurt
--------------------
lunch:(sandwich)

2 slices whole wheat bread
4 slices turkey breast
1 slice of american cheese
1 tsp. mayonaise
and with your sandwich:
1 cup raw carrots
1 glass of milk
---------------------
evening snack:

3/4 cup blueberries
1 apple
apple juice(or any fruit juice, NO POP OR SODA!)
-------------------------
dinner:

1 wheat tortilla roll
4 slices of turkey breast
lettuce
american cheese
roll it up and there you go!
1/2 cup cooked broccoli
1 glass of water

you should be able to lose weight in 3-4 weeks. good luck and hope i helped!

NO, don't use any kind of pills.

I know you've heard this before but

1) exercise just 30 minutes a day.
2) don't eat burgers or sweets for a while.
3) eat apples and drink green tea. apples make your metabolisn faster and green tea burns fat,
4) replace whole milk with skim milk and non fat yogurts instead of the high calories yogurts.
5) DON'T EAT DEEP FRIED FOODS! Onion rings, grilled cheese sandwiches, corn dogs, etc.
6) Don't eat too much chocolate because it has a lot of saturated fats.
7) EAT 3 MEALS A DAY but NO snacking.
8) DON'T EAT AFTER 7 pm! you can lose up to 10 pounds a month if you stop eating after 7 30.
9) walk, a lot
10) eat special K cereal. you lose a lot of weight if you replace some meals with special K.

that's all I can think of on the top of my head.
I hope it helps, because I know what you're going through.
