Okay so Idk what is wrong with me. Like Im convinced bad things are going to happen to me.
like when I'm 16 I cant get my license but i think to the future and picture myself getting into a car accident and like i actualy believe that this is going to happen to me.
And i read a story in seventeen magazine about a women getting murdered in her house and i think to myself oh that will prob. happen to me. like im convinced that something bad is going to happen. Like every bad situation I hear I make myself think its going to happen. Idk why but I dont think its healthy, and i freak myself out. Like I seriously think im going to prob. die in a car accident when i can drive.

Hmm. Well firstly, I think it's a good thing that you recognize you're doing it and that it's not healthy. I would try to possibly catch yourself doing it and maybe you should analyze how possible the event youre scared of actually is. There is nothing to prevent the fact that any one of us could die tomorrow, but I understand why you're scared. Everyone is afraid of death, so don't feel like you're the only one. It's good to be cautious but if you're paranoid all the time you'll go out living your life in a way that you probably wouldn't prefer to live. If the problem persists in great quantities I would suggest you tell a doctor because you might have a case of Paranoia.

Is there anyway to further soundproof a garage for a party from near by neighbors? Our double garage is cement block, with a door and 2 windows on each side. Thanks... (link)

Well, I think you should try to somehow get egg cartons up on the walls. If it's cement I doubt that you could nail them in, but possibly heavy duty masking tape would do the trick.
