Plus Sized

Question Posted Saturday July 22 2006, 10:56 pm

I'm a plus sized girl, and I'm fine with that but finding clothes is hard for me. I was wondering if anybody could tell me some cool sites or stores, besides Torrid or Lane Bryant, that sell plus sized clothes. I have no price preferance.

It's nice to hear from someone happy with their size. Most larger department stores have Plus or Woman's size section, such as JCPenny's and Sears. Also, if you dont mind buying things online, there are some very good options there, too. A couple are Silhouettes ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) and Plus Woman ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)), and you can find a mixture of basically everything online if you do a search within Google's "Froogle". Good luck!

I don't know if they have one near you, but in the mall, they have a store called deb junior and plus. They have EXACTLY the same clothes as junior and plus. My friends who are plus sizes love it because they can dress normally. If you don't have this store, you might try going to google.com and typing in online stores for plus sizes...things like that. Also, if you have any friends who wear plus sizes too, you might ask them where they get their clothes. hope i helped <3

I noticed someone below me mentioned Old Navy, and that store has a nice variety of (smaller size) plus sized clothing.

Department stores carry every and all sizes, so don't forget about them.

But the best store would be Fashion Bug, by far. Really pretty clothes, at reasonable prices. Very stylish and girlie.
