Alright, well I go to sumbit my pictures, and there's this thing about a file box, and then below is a preview image and you need to sumbit the url's or something or the picture. Well, I go to do it, and they see I need a JPG, PNG or GIF format or something, so I have no clue how to get my pictures in there if it's not letting them upload into my gallery or whatever. HELP!?

What format(s) are your pictures in? If they are already .jpg, .png, or .gif, you don't need to submit a preview image.

If they are not in the aforementioned formats, you will need to save them in one of the above formats.
You can do this in the GIMP (available for download at http://www.gimp.org). Click File > Open... and choose your file, then File > Save as... and type .png at the end of the file name.

I try not to wash my hair everyday since its very damaged. However, the day I don't wash it, its really oily at the roots and quite dry at the ends. How do I keep it clean without damaging it so much? [I use SunSilk Hydra TLC]

Use conditioner. If you already do and it's not helping, try a different one. Leave-in conditioner on the days when you don't wash your hair might help. Put it on the ends and try not to get too much on your scalp if your hair is oily at the roots.

A hot oil treatment might also help if you can get one.

i have a dell laptop and the total size of my hard disc is only 18.5 GB and i only have 4.42GB of free space left.. adn i know thats not alot. so what can i do to get more free space other than getting another new hard drive or whatever? is there something i can download so i can get more space in my hard drive? and dont tell me to delete stuff, because i did that and it doesnt give me much more space. or do i have to update windows so it gives me more space? what do i do?

Updating Windows involves downloading more stuff and therefore fills up even more space.

4.42 GB isn't too bad unless you need to install large programs or if you have a lot of video / audio files.

If you can't replace your hard drive, consider removable disks. Say, a 2 GB flash drive - a lot of space, and not as expensive as a new hard drive.

Save the hard disk for things that need to be on it, such as installed programs and files that you need frequently. Move other stuff over to removable disks.

Ok so this is about cell phones, not computers, but I am freaking out. I have a Cingular account for my phone service. I don't have a Media Net plan, but Media net is on my phone as pay-as-you-go. I'm not really supposed to go on it at all, but i by accidently downloaded a music ring tone! Now i was only on Media net for about 60 seconds, but after i logged off it was like 2569 bytes transferred. I read somewhere that each kilobyte was $.01. Does this mean im paying 25 dollars for 60 secdonds on media net?!?! if any one knows anything about this, please answer because i am dead if i owe 25 dollars. THANKS!

That's 2569/1024 = 2.5087890625 kilobytes, therefore you owe $2.5, not $25. (1 kilobyte = 1024 bytes)

For some reason, my mom restarted our computer's settings. My log-in thing is now completely new (new background, etc.). But now on iTunes, NONE of the music that I bought is there. Most of the songs that I have bought are on my iPod right now, but some aren't.

How do I get the songs that I've bought back onto iTunes without buying them again?

I am really confused what Reflexive verbs in French are. I understand that you use them when refering to yourself (ie. I'm washing myself) but how would you do that with the word "wonder"

Can anyone pleaseee explain this to me, or give me a website that does?

For reflexive verbs, you add an extra pronoun in front of the verb.
Je me (verb) = I (verb) to myself
Tu te (verb) = You (verb) to yourself
Il/ Elle / On se (verb) = He / She / One (verb) to his / her / one's self
Nous nous (verb) = We (verb) to ourselves
Vous vous (verb) = You [formal or plural] (verb) to yourself / yourselves
Ils / Elles se = They (verb) to themselves

"(To) wonder" in French is "se demander", so "I wonder" would be "je me demande", and you can work out the rest for yourself.

so one of my fashion icons is nicole ritchie, and i love the fact that she is "waif" or "herion chic" (aka way to skinny).
i admit that she is a bit unhealthy in the whole weight area, so im not trying to be that skinny. but i was wondering, is it possible to lose fat in your face if you werent that heavy to begin with? because, i mean nicole ritchie was average sized before, but now her face just seems so structured. do you lose weight in your face when you lose weight in the rest of your body?

When you lose weight, you can't control where you lose it from. Some people (like me) naturally lose weight from the face first, but you won't know unless you actually lose some weight. I don't recommend losing weight unless you actually need to.

My dad lives a house about 30 minutes away. At Christmas I downloaded several songs on his computer (it was my christmas gift) and signed out of my username. The songs are now on his computer and he wants to play one of them (it's on Itunes) but it says he's not authorized and I need to sign in. I have some songs that I purchased that i do NOT want him to see, I'd rather not say why. Will it show my Purchased music when he's on my username? Is there some other way he can play the song? He has no patience so I need to know pretty quickly. Thanks!

If you purchased a song on iTunes, it will be in your library, so your dad will be able to see it if he is in your account.

i want a belly button ring so bad. not this year though. next year, in 9th grade. the thing is though, my mom won't let me. she said i have to wait til i move out when i'm 18. Generally, you put quotes around it if you're writing, and you put it in italics if you're typing. If you're referring to it in an essay, you underline it the first time you mention it.

Start with the element that you have the most of.

In this case, let's look at hydrogen. You have 3 on the left and 2 on the right, so you cross-multiply.

2NH3 + NO -> N2 +3H2O

Now look at oxygen. You now have 1 on the left and 3 on the right, so put a 3 in front of NO.

2NH3 + 3NO -> N2 +3H2O

Finally, nitrogen. You have 5 on the left and 2 on the right, so put 2 1/2 in front of the N2.

2NH3 + 3NO -> 2 1/2N2 +3H2O

Now, you can make it all whole numbers by multiplying everything by 2.

4NH3 +6NO -> 5N2 +6H2O
