My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

Yesterday my friend pierced my ears. I was wondering how long I have to leave them in before I can change them? Thanks!

You should keep them in for about 6 weeks before you change them. Make sure you take it out once in a while to clean the earings so it doesnt get infected.

ok, i was just looking at my fingernails and i noticed on a few i have white spots.I seem to always have them.What are they?Is there any way to prevent them?

If you dont eat healthy and stuff you get them. They wont stay on your nails forever but try to eat more calcium and vitamins.

My brother died 2 weeks ago and I really don't know what to do. I lived with him because my mom died 3 years ago and my dad used to beat and rape me. He was more like a father than a brother to me and I really don't know what to do. I've been staying with my friend until I get a foster family and she is always asking me if I'm ok and I'm really not. I don't know what to do with myself. I even tried drugs and I've been drinking a lot. I just want to kill myself and I'm so scared of what's going to happen next. I love him soo much and he was pretty much all that I had and now he's gone. I haven't even cried because I just can't, does that mean that there's something wrong with me? Why can't I just cry like normal people do when something happens to them? I really think that I'm a horrible because I can't even cry for my own brother. Please help me

Aw .. Im really sorry about your brother. I know how it is when you loose someone close to you. Dont think about killing your self or anything because that isnt going to make you feel better or anything and think about your friends and the rest of your family. Your brother or mom would never want you to hurt yourself in any way. If you dont cry thats fine but it doesnt mean that you dont care! i have a really complicated sitch but here it goes: ive been with guy A for a bit over a month and since hes really shy, he wont talk to me or make time to be with me.he doesnt like talkin on the phone, in person and he never checks his email. i was the one that asked him out for this reason. he said he liked me and everything but he never shows it and im guessing its cuz hes a bit immature.

o0 wow! Well I will be honest. I think that you should dump guy A. He is a really bad boyfriend and he defenetly doesnt treat you right. Your boyfriend has to call you and do things with you and at least talk to you!! Just because he is shy is no exuse. You can try talking to him about it but if that doesnt help dump him because you can do better. About this guy B.. well he seems really sweet towards you and he likes you. Do you like him? 15/f- I want to go on the birth control pills called Seasonale because they give you a longer cycle so that you have fewer periods a year, who wouldn't want that, right? well...my mom won't let me get them because she says i'm too young...and then she started giving me excuses such as "the doctor doesn't perscribe birth control unless you're sexually active" well...if i were sexually active, wouldn't i have wanted the pills BEFOREHAND anyway??? and i was under the impression that sometimes birth control is percribed to those with irregular periods to help regulate them. so, was my mom correct? and if she wasn't, how can i convince her to let me get seasonale? thanks!

Your mom is right. If you only want them to have less periods then dont get it. Its a drug and expensive also. Birthcontrol pills can be perscribable but not neccesary. Maybe you should wait until you get a little bit older if you want them that badly. x0

on AIM, when you put your cursor over someone's screen name, it says "Service, Warnings, Online Time, Capabilities" right?

Well when I put my cursor over my best friend's screen name, it says all of those things, but the last thing says "Comments: BFF"

She said she didn't put it there, so how did it get there? Is there a way to give certain people secret messages when they hover over your screen name? If anyone knows, how? Thanks

I'm going to be applying for a job soon, and on my resume..do I put on there that I do a lot of community service hours or does that not matter?

You should put it on there because it just shows that you like to help out. Its easier to find a job and it will make you seem more expirienced. x0 `
