The muscle keeps the tampon in place....trust me...most of my friends are loose, and they still use light tampons, they shouldnt come out until you pull them out!

No matter what it should fit. If not your not putting it in right. Try reading the instrusions and relax.

If you are loose, a tampon should fit and not fall out. If you use a bigger tampon and insert it correctly, then it should stay in until you take it out.
