hey i have until early July to lose 15 pounds [i'm 5'3] but i have absolutly NO modivation. I keep thinking i'll start tomorrow every day but it never happens and i eat junk all the time. so sooner or later i'm only going to have like a month to lose 15 pounds which wouldnt be easy at all. what im saying is i need help and lots of it... does anyone have any pointers on modivation and what not to eat [that i could last without for 3 months :)] haha... thank you soo much.

If you've never liked running, don't say you'll go on a jog, because that's unlikely! When I want to exercise and feel good about myself-I dance to music for a good 30 minutes. :) Doing this 3 times a week (raising your heart rate) will help you to be healthy and get rid of excess fat. And do whatever you love (dancing, skating, ridiing bikes, etc) with a friend, that way you can get lots of laughs- because laughter is very healthy! Now with food, calorie counting is history-you must watch your carbs! Dont eat much of things that are high in starch (like, bread, potatoes, etc.) Try eating things high in protein (meat, nuts, beans, etc.) Drink alot of water and try to eat proportional-stop before youre full so you won't be stuffed. juhi answered Saturday April 30 2005, 2:36 am: this is a very weird way to lose weight:i read about a vj in the paper he ate as much as 5-6 people and he was not fat.He had nightmares every night and he had lost a couple of pounds by morning.And the next day in the same nems paper coloumn i read that after night mares you wake up scared and perspiring why would you sweat if you have not burned up calories?any way stick some monster pictures in your room ant try it.Do not diet.There is a difference between not being a pig and dieting.put limits on junk food and eat healthy low calory food like fruits and vegitables.diet coke is only 1 calory.you need exercise.take up something fun like swimming or tennis.but do not crash diet.after walking a certain amount you can give yourself a junk food reward.if you diet you will end up with anorexia or bullimia [ juhi's advice column | Ask juhi A Question ]

orphans answered Friday April 29 2005, 11:37 am: my answer is get a cd player clock or radio clock so when you wake up you hear you favorite song and get in the mood to dance. dancing is fun and a way to loose weight. if you dont like to dance but you love music listen to it while you work out. you will feel like you have more energy. dont eat alot of sweets. it ok to eat a piece of candy here and there but dont over do it. drink lots of water and dont eat lots of fried foods, mac and cheese, potatoes(and fries. that should take care of it. also do sports they're fun and exercise at the same time.
