hey i have until early July to lose 15 pounds [i'm 5'3] but i have absolutly NO modivation. I keep thinking i'll start tomorrow every day but it never happens and i eat junk all the time. so sooner or later i'm only going to have like a month to lose 15 pounds which wouldnt be easy at all. what im saying is i need help and lots of it... does anyone have any pointers on modivation and what not to eat [that i could last without for 3 months :)] haha... thank you soo much. damm gurl mii nd u are like in da same freakin situation....have to loose sum weight but who da hell knows how...da only differenrce if ii have to loose weight by JUNE!! which leaves mii wiid bout 2 more months!!wat ii have been trying to do is not buying junk food at all...or ii just try to distract myself wiid sum music...or sumtin like dat...iitz a really gud way to loose pounds
