babe, we learn through harsh things. people who have lost people learn to love the great things in life, and understand that you cant stay on the little bad things because your only on this world for a little bit. i suggest that you are thankful that you havent lost any close relatives! look at all the good parts in your life. if you dont concentrate on opening up, or bein loved, you will open up and be loved. just concentrate on how beautiful the world is. maybe take walks around at night. i know the night time always inspires me to do anything. or maybe take a trip to the beach. just look at the waves and how amazing they are. look at the flowers in your backyard. the world is so amazing if you just notice it!

babe, i got the same problem. just this summer i needed to get a tetnus shot, and i couldent take it. i also burst out crying and screaming. im not scared of the pain, but im afraid of the needle. im afraid of somthing going into me. i tried to tell my mom that i was scared. she just laughed at me until she saw me shaking. then she understood i was genuinly afriad. i would maybe search the internet aand find some articles about needle trauma or somthing, and show them to your mom. show her somtimes your afraid of somthing and you dont really know why. maybe bring examples (maybe shes deathly afraid of heights, etc) and when you are about to get a shot/blood test, close your eyes and breath deeply. it will help. just a little, but it will be okay. im gonna tell you to remember its all going to be alright no matter what, i know that didnt work for me but it might work for you. good luck. try squeezing sumones hand maybe? burn off your nervous energy by shaking your leg maybe, but when it comes time to get the shot just try to relax. it will hurt the least if you are relaxed

French Braids are so cute, and they always get noticed. they are kind of hard to do, so you should practice on days whenn your not going to see anybody, imcase you dont like it.

Instructions

STEP 1: Take a 3-inch-long by 1-inch-wide section of your hair just above the forehead or behind your bangs. Divide the section into three even pieces which will start off your french braid.

STEP 2: Wrap your left thumb around the left section, palm facing front, fingers sticking straight up. Mimic the same posture on the right side, and let the middle section lie against the head.

STEP 3: Make a soft fist around the left section of hair, turning your hand so that your fingers rest on the head. Bring the section of hair in your right hand across the middle section and hook it with your left index finger.

STEP 4: Lead with the right thumb and cut about a 1-inch section of hair straight across the head, starting at the hairline and moving toward the middle section. Collect the middle section and pull all of the hair tight. The line of hair you collected in each section of your french braid should lie flat and smooth.

STEP 5: Make a soft fist with the right hand, fingers facing your scalp. Reach the right index finger over the middle section and hook the section of hair that's in your left fist. Pull it out gently, keeping a firm grip on the french braid sections in your right hand.

STEP 6: Let the section in your left hand dangle. Lead with the left thumb and cut about a 1-inch section of hair straight across the head, collect the middle section, then pull all of the hair tight. Turn the fist so that your fingers face your scalp.

STEP 7: Extend your left index finger to hook the section of hair that's in your right fist. Continue until the french braid is complete.


remember to Trust your fingers. They'll develop a sense of sight, allowing you to achieve the french braid without using your eyes.

Pulling too hard while creating a french braid may cause hair fallout or damage.

dont worry youll get the hang of it after a while. its easiest on wet hair because you dont get fly-aways. try putting leave in conditioner in it.

wear that to school one day, sleep in the braids that night. then the next morning, let your hair out of the braid. dont brush it. smooth some smoothing cream/leave in conditioner/any BedHead product in it. wear that to school the next day. its another style to try.


you could crimp your hair with a crimper
its pretty easy: place a fairly wide strand of hair between crimp plates. Starting near hair roots; hold a few seconds, release, then move tool down to crimp next section of hair strand. it ends up pretty cute!


you could try flat ironing your hair and wearing hats over then. Urban Outfitters has some cute ones. you got to keep an eye out for them.

or use a quote from the story and then say "said ______"

i am in 7th grade to! i am extremely jelous of red hair because my hairs brown, my eyes are brown, its all a bit blah. If your hair is frizzy, i would only brish it when its wet. you can do this by showering every morning before school or going to a beauty supply store/the 99 cent store or whatever and getting a spray bottle and filling it up with water. spray your hair and then brush it. you could smoothe some leave in conditioner in your hair after its wet. BedHead has amazing products that will smoothe down your hair. you could try Flat Ironing it but it could get difficult ironing it all the time and it might get damaged. you could also keep it in two braids or a french braid or somthing but you should put leave in conditioner/somthing similar to keep the ends from sticking out.
everyone gets pimples i wouldent worry about that. what you could do is wash your face with a scrub and maybe ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist? a few of my friends go and they have given them creams. i use proctive, but i have heard that it dries out skin so i always use the scrub, but only use the toner and cream in spots where there are zits. Clean and Clear have great products that will zap your zits by the end of next week. you can find them at drugstores (like sav-on/walgreens etc) .
"HOT" is a state of mind. if you think your hot and act hot, people will know your hot. i would suggest some makeup just to boost your self-confidence. if you look in a mirror and say "woah look at that hottie!" youll feel better. could you maybe tell me your skin color and if you have freckles or anything and ill help you with make up. this boy sounds amazing. i wouldent tell him about these dreams because he might get scared off. just make conversation with him and flirt a little so he knows your intrested. can you borrow maybe a sisters or moms deoderant? or a dads or brothers on vacation once i borrowed my brothers deoderant it wasnt so bad! or if you cant get deoderant from anyone put some baby powder under your amrpits and hope for the best!
