how do you get this look?? Like the hair?

the girl is just pretty much a girl.
if you mean her hair, you could flat iron it super straight. then put a simple headband in it like you can find at forever 21 or clairs or icing or similar stores
if you mean her shirt, you need to find a leapord print shirt! lol
