Yes. Definitely. To heck with looks, it doesn't matter much to most girls. It's ok for guys not to look good. But its NOT ok for girls to NOT look good. Haha. Yea? Agree with me?
The impt thing is for guys to be confident and nice. I do have friends who go for looks and quite frankly speaking, they aren't the nicest people you'll meet on earth.

Personally, I do adore average-looking, nice guys. Looks don't matter to me at all and I don't see any point in making it matter. In my opinion, looks prove nothing about you. Many people can debate this but I could care less. A nice guy would definately win my heart!

most girls don`t go for guys like that becuase they have high standards in looks but in personality they don`t && thats where the high standards should be.
i honestly do go for looks but i`m not so strong on it. because they honestly end up be the cutest person to me.i go for the personality. && nice is a plus but overly nice isn`t

The answer is 100% NO. Girls do not like nice guys.
We will always deny that though. There is something in our chromosoams that makes us claim that "I want a nice guy..." and complete "to avoid him" inside our mind.
If you are a good person, people take you for granded and no longer try to win you. They are not trying to make you happy. Make them work it.
