i need to know the best ways to get a back walkover or back handspring preferably and i also need to know the best stretches to use to get a scorpion and a heel stretch im really close to both but i just need a little extra push to get them all the way any advice would be great!!

back hand springs can take someone forever to get, but once you get one.. then you'll learn to in a roll, then roundoff flipflops, etc. If you have a trampoline, just do alot of tumbling on there so you know the form/what you need to do one before you go on the ground. Just tell yourself you can do it too, because theres nothing worse then negitive attitude, espically in cheerleading. For back walkovers, do brigde ups sometimes just to stretch out your back. And for flipflops, you need your arms strong so you dont bend your arms when your going over (cause you to like fall on your head or have a crappy second half of your flipflop). Do into a handstand then push off with your arms and snap down like you just landed a flipflop, always rebound too! Okay so it looks gay, but rebounds get you ready for back tucks if you plan on doing them.
For scourpians or heal stretches, just be in your bedroom or whereever watching tv, listening to music, whatever you do in spare time.. and just sit on the ground in a strattle postion. Put your hands out as much as you can, then hold that for a few seconds to get stretched. Do this as you lean to your left/right foot. Then keep stretching as your doing the splits. I am sorta flexiable (enough to do healstretches/scourpians) and I just got more flexibility by stretching every more and more to get the splits.

what do you need to play volleyball? im thirteen, and im thinking of joining a travel team. is that good? or should i join a rec one.. though theres not alot of them around. like.. what do you need to buy to wear? like i see some like shin pad thing people wear on their feet. and what type of clothing? does it have to be loose like in bball or soccer or can you wear like cute semi-tight things? which is better? or is it just by choice?
can i wear sports tape on my braids? im black, but they look cute. i think its sports tape.. like some people wear them as headbands and they're usually bright colors that are shiny or sparkly. where do you even buy them from?
is there like a volleyball store i can go to get these equipment? also, i have like sneakers.. not the flat kinds, the ones with a little arch. are there like special shoes for vball or i can just wear any sneaker?

im in volleyball for my school and we basically only need knee pads and gym shoes. Sofie shorts and a teeshirt is fine,or basketball shorts or whatever you want. The sport tape stuff is fine. There is usually volleyball stuff at like Dicks Sports or whatever its called, and like if you have a Sports Huddle or Play it Again Sports. If you really need to im sure there is a catolog you can order these things from anyways. Basically just get knee pads and the gym shoes you have now sound fine. And don't worry about looking cute for volleyball, its a sport and when you practice you get sweaty and nasty anyways, just practice and have fun.. dont worry about looks ;) Hope this helped

When i srunch mine, I have about the same hair as you besides dark brown, I just have my hair wet (not soaked, I wrap it in a towel for about 10 minutes after I shower) then just put gel in my hair and flip my head down and rub the gel in my hairs and squeeze my hair kinda? then when I get the bottem, I use more gel and face upright then just scrunch the sides and whatever isnt as curly as i want. Then i usually put the blow dryer on low so it will make it dry a little curly.

Seriously, find a good book. I hated reading untill i found a book I loved and i relized that i love reading when theres something good to read. Maybe go outside and just walk around, jog, go on a trampoling if you have one, even a swing set. Take your ipod or mp3 player, cd player, and just sit outside and look at a veiw. I do that all the time cause I just sit on my swings and look at the pond in my backyard. Maybe work out, like do sit ups or go on a tredmil. Theres alot to do besides the computer and tv. If you have a pet play with them, like throw the ball around with your dog if you have one. Invite people over and if they say your house is so fun then they can pick something out to do. Try cooking, its really fun and you can always eat what you just made.

Did you press "click here"? Just try downloading the flash player thing and it might work. Or serch your computers "my computer" for anything that might have to do with videos and macromedia. I had this problems with some videos before, like when I went to a cheerleading site it wouldnt let me see them. But go to like, youtube.com and if the videos will work there then that is obsouvisly good. My final advice is to just look threw your computer and find anything you can about macromedia or try downloading it. Hope this helped

It is almost impossilbe to do it, if not impossiblbe.. its one of the hardest things you have to do. You just need to try cuting him out of your life. Being "just friends" is super painful.. cause friends talk about problems and relationships and if your friends you'll have to put up with the fact that that is all you might be again. Try to forget him as much as possible. Block him from aim if seeing his screen name is too painful. Theres no easy way to do this at all. Meet new guys and try and fall for new people and forget him. I understand that whenever someone says "get over him" or "forget him" it hurts just thinking that its over. Just do your best and think about all the good things in life besides him. Hey well i have naturally straight and thick hair and i love scrunching it. Problem is that my hair would only stay scrunched for like an hour or two and i really want it to stay scrunched for a whole day at school. I've tried sleeping with two buns in my hair and i've also tried the whole french braid thing. Don't even bother the whole tip your head over and just scrunch thing cause my hair won't work that way. Oh, and i definetly don't want a perm so any tips? Thanks in advance.
I have wavey kinda shortish shoulder lenght hair. WHen i srucnh my hair I use Aussie Srucnch spray. it works really well for me. try just hairspraying your head and srucnh for a few seconds then just use the same hand motions as you would for scrunching. it shoould work, but straigh hair is difficult to do stff with.
well alright the other night me and my boyfriend were planning on having sex. I was prepared, or so i thought. I expected sex to hurt since i was still a virgin and all but it hurt way more than i could take. As a result i pushed him back and we tried again. But i was in so much pain i couldnt do it. After he felt like it was all his fault and i know its all mine. he thought he pressured me into it and i told him that it just was not enjoyable for me and it was extremely painful. He got all quiet and i tried to kiss him, he didnt kiss back. Later we were talking and he said i just feel like i ruined my chance with you. I was overcome with saddness and found myself in tears that i could not control. He then felt like a complete jerk and started blaming himself and telling me i am the only girl he ever had loved also that if i didnt want we dont have to have sex. What should i do about this?
You seem like you guys love each other just are having problems with the sex. Yeah I bet it hurt you alot, but you can always try again. Maybe if fingering you will make you more used to the feeling. Not just one finger eithe, maybe more. You should tell him its not his fault or problems and he did nothing wrong. Its good that he says you dont need to have sex, because he probaly really does love you.
hey guys..13/f..this is for anyone who has read the book "The Outsiders". For my class i have to do a dramtic reading of one of the scenes in the book. My partner and I have decided to act out the part where Cherry talks to Ponyboy before the rumble begins. We have to pick props and proper background music to put in the background. Does anyone have any ideas about any props/music i should add in my scene?

I read the book 2 years ago. it was really good. if you watch the movie you will get a good idea of the sencary and dialoug. My image of the outsiders is like mid 1900's kids, slicked back hair, white tee's, leather jackets. Kind of the image of Greese the movie. But if you want the best help, check outthe movie.

If your asking if you can change screennames, you can't. You can format your screen name by going to My Aim, then Edit Options. But if you want a old sn and change the name, you can't. You can just make a new screen name though.

Try hanging out with your friends, without her there. Keep talking. It takes two, ya know. They might not call you as much, but are there phones ringing? Just keep intouch. Try hanging out with each other. Maybe settle your differences with the girl that doesnt like you and then the rest will work itself out.

"Call of the Wild" is an absoulty amazing book if you like dogs, and its even greater if you love them. It takes place in the Klondike in the late 1800's. About sled dogs and surviving in the wild. This book I absoutly fell inlove with for ever. I was so sad to stop reading it. I strongly reccomend it. Its by Jack London.
"Looking for Alaska" is a great book. I started reading it and finished it in a week. I thought it was amazing. It was about what life means and a girl who this guy thought was amazing. Its mature, and talks some about sex and drugs kind of. Its a great book. Its by John Green.
"Flowers For Alergnon" I hear is great. We are starting to read it in language and my teacher said she loves it and loves reading it to us. Theres also a movie that goes with it called "Charly". I know its about a man who was mentally retarded, then got an opperation and became intelligant. Its by Daniel Keyes.
I reccomend those books.

Try maybe not making plans with him unless you know they will pull threw. How about hanging out with him and a few other people so its not just you and him and his friend doesn't have to be like hating you about it. Plus, being in groups.. though not as easy to single-ly talk to someone... they are less akward and easy to be yourself in. So instead of saying "want to come over or hang out with me" just be like, hey me and blablabla or whoever are around and seeing if you want to chill. Hope this helpedd

Let's pretend his name's Bob && I`m Ana? Whatever. Okay. Well, I met bob in a AOL chatroom. I'm 18 & he's 24. We talk all the time. Only you can decide what love is and how you feel. In my opinon, I think it sounds really stong, but Im not sure what love is yet so I cant give you an 100% answer. My picture of love, sounds like what your going threw though. If you feel like that, it probably is.

Have you heard of xanga before? Sorry if it was confusing. But xanga like, everyone had one before and its a great site. It has groups that you can join and there called blogrings. You can go to xanga.com, then there is this search bar. You can type in "myspace layouts" (make sure that its serching under blogrings). Then theres a bunch of sites you can go to . The reason that you might not have been able to see some sites is because you need a xanga username to get on some of them. If you really wanted to, you could just make one to see sites.
