I like fairies (thus why I am wearing fairy wings in the picture). Good grammar rocks, too. It doesn't have to be perfect but I get frustrated when people completely disregard it. I like every color except pink. I hate the wind. Sometimes, I carry around a little teddy bear I found at an antique store. His name is Robert. I dress very eccentrically. It's not unusual for me to wear a prairie dress one day and a Mod dress (think Austin powers) the next. I don't dye my hair, or wear much make-up. I think it's sad that no one puts any emphasis on natural beauty anymore. I think it's a good thing to be open and educated about sex and other issues that are considered taboo. I have a hard time seeing where homophobics are coming from.

Do you think if I cut out all sodas would I lose about 5-7 lbs in 2 weeks? I usually drink about 1-2 sodas a day, but I am not overweight or anything I am 5'5 and 110 lbs. I would just like to lose about 5 lbs or so. Also I hear people say to even cut diet soda out? I thought diet soda was okay to drink b/c it has no calories, how could I benefit from not drinking diet either? (link)

Umm... it's kind of scary that you want to lose weight. 110 is pretty skinny for your height. I don't mean to lecture here and be not helpful, but you should really think about that.

That's an old wives tale. It is perfectly fine to go swimming while on your period, but you should wear a tampon while doing so. Pads and water do not mix.

Umm...obviously you should not choose the guy put away for domestic violence, no matter how "sweet" he is when he's not drunk.
Maybe you should reevaluate your priorities if you truly believe you are in love with 2 men.
Honestly, it sounds like the thing to do that would have the most common sense is to not choose either of them but to find someone new who fits your circumstances better. I know you probably won't do that though so I am wasting my words.

It would be really hard for a malnourished person to carry a child to term. If you're starving yourself, the baby starves, too. There is still always the chance of getting pregnant regardless though.

Hey im only a freshman, but i am so determined to go to college..i missed a week of school to have suregy, but i got right back on the work, and have an A in science an A in band and were gonna get our "progress reports" for algebra today, im hoping its an A. If not ill have to raise it.
But october 14th (next firday) we get term report cards. I REALLY want a 4.0 because i would really like to go to a good university..but im wondering can your jr high school grades affect your college resume in any way? I always got like a 3.0..and i even failed algebra in 8th grade..im hoping thats not gonna bring me down. Please help me, i searched colleges online and i dont really see anyone that checks jr high gpa.

Junior high grades don't matter. Just continue doing well in high school and doing extracirricular stuff/community service and you should get into a decent school!:)

It's smaller than many other 14 year olds but everyone is different. You also have more time before they stop growing. You might have a spurt sometime in the next few years.

Communication is key in anything, but especially kissing. Kissing well is something you learn by doing. Then, of course, you must ask the person what they like and for feedback. Also, it is essential not to slobber all over the person. :)

I broke up with this guy that i really liked and its been about a week now. Friday I went to the football game and i saw him there. He waved and so did i. But i have another boyfriend now and he saw me with him. He has a girfriend too. Today i called him and he told his mom he didnt want to talk to me. So i had my friend call him and halfway when she was talking he hung up on her. I have been crying my eyes out all day. What can i do??

You shouldn't have broken up with him if you still liked him! Back off and give it a while and he probably will talk to you again eventually. For now, he's probably still hurt about the situation and the way you handle it, so he might not want a friendship for a while.

Just be a good friend and be supportive. It takes time to get over stuff. If he's still like this after a while, tell him to get help or try to set him up on a date or something. Telling him to get the fuck over it probably won't help much.
