I heard from a few people that by wearing sports bras it cause boobs to lose their shape and sag. Does anyone know for sure if this is true or not. And if you know someone that wears sports bra and they don't have shape, would wearing underwire help support it and maybe gain the shape back if they weren't wearing a bra? thanks! (link)

Sports Bras doesn't cause saggyness to answer your question. It only happens when women have larger breasts and age. You can prevent it only through surgery.
Many people wear sport bras for many reasons. A lot of times it is because they do sports and underwire gets in the way. Sport Bras put them into shape and they are snuggled up so their boobs won't bounce as much. Sport Bras doesn't shape their boobs, it flattens them kind of because the bra tries to support them by not jiggling.
Some people don't have much shape and still wear sport bras. It just depends if they want it or not. If they are small chested, some people choose underwire because it gives them a boost and keeps them comfortable. I am small chested and I prefer a underwire than a sports bra. It does gain a shape if they weren't wearing a bra because sometimes boobs are pointy.

Bring everything you need for that class. From notes to homework and etc. These are important. It ranges from difference classes. In Math, it is just practicing what you know and don't know. Math Problems...look in your book or if you have a final packet, look that over and review the problems you don't know over and over. At least 3 times. Trust me it works! English is difference. If you have books that are the final, skim over the book. Review characters and plots. For Socail Studies, it just depends what kind of socail studies you have. If you have History, study people and everything that happens within the years. Science is a bit harder. Study every material you reviewed! Skim through the book. Make note cards, make a song, do anything that can help you! If you have electives that is a bit difference. If you have a foreign language, study mateiral you don't know really and write it down. Write the question and the answers and afte, go over it.

Okay, so I am tired of using clear nail polish over and over again to make my nails look shiny so I'm thinking of just using a nail buffer cuz according to one of my friends it makes your nails shiny. I don't think so because it's uncomfortable to sleep in them and I read somewhere that your boobs needs to be bra free for a sertain number of hours on the internet long time ago.
My friend said that though if you don't wear a bra your boobs will get saggy.

actually you dont need a bra wearing bras makes your boobs saggy.
like originally, bras had muscles to keep them like firm, but then since a bra provides so much support, those muscles dont develop any more
so basically i wear a bra to school and then i take it off while im at home
