bra or no bra?

Question Posted Monday June 11 2007, 8:15 am

Are you supposed to wear a bra to sleep or not?

I don't think so because it's uncomfortable to sleep in them and I read somewhere that your boobs needs to be bra free for a sertain number of hours on the internet long time ago.

My friend said that though if you don't wear a bra your boobs will get saggy.

bra or no bra?

No bra. It is very uncomfortable to wear a bra to bed. I never wear one to bed. I don't think it is true that if you don't wear one to bed that your boobs will sag. Hope I helped.

NO i never wear one to bed its not comfortable. I think it would be worse for them to be squeezed in a bra all the time then not being in one. They wont sag either don't worry.

actually you dont need a bra wearing bras makes your boobs saggy.
like originally, bras had muscles to keep them like firm, but then since a bra provides so much support, those muscles dont develop any more

so basically i wear a bra to school and then i take it off while im at home

My moms a nurse and sleeping wearing a bra to bed can cause problems because, your not giving them anytime to breath. There like suffocated all day and so at night you just need to give them air, to like grow, and be healthy. I say no braa!

It makes no difference if you do or if you don't. Some people feel uncomfortable wearing one at night, while others feel more comfortable wearing one. Your boobs won't get saggy if you aren't wearing one.

It doesn't matter whether you wear a bra to bed or not. Your boobs won't get saggy without a bra on over night and it also won't hurt anything if you do sleep in a bra.
