I heard from a few people that by wearing sports bras it cause boobs to lose their shape and sag. Does anyone know for sure if this is true or not. And if you know someone that wears sports bra and they don't have shape, would wearing underwire help support it and maybe gain the shape back if they weren't wearing a bra? thanks!

Many people wear sport bras for many reasons. A lot of times it is because they do sports and underwire gets in the way. Sport Bras put them into shape and they are snuggled up so their boobs won't bounce as much. Sport Bras doesn't shape their boobs, it flattens them kind of because the bra tries to support them by not jiggling.
Some people don't have much shape and still wear sport bras. It just depends if they want it or not. If they are small chested, some people choose underwire because it gives them a boost and keeps them comfortable. I am small chested and I prefer a underwire than a sports bra. It does gain a shape if they weren't wearing a bra because sometimes boobs are pointy.

but judging from the answers already given i suppose it is a yes..
i just have a bit of a tip..
what i do is i only wear sports bras when i excercise, but i keep my regular bra on underneath the sports bra for extra support.
It helps from keeping your boobs to sag,
so yeah =] i know that has nothing to do with what you asked, but i guess it doesn't hurt to add in a little something extra :D [ xosweetiepiexo's advice column | Ask xosweetiepiexo A Question ]
superstarblue89 answered Monday June 11 2007, 6:34 pm: yes they do lose their shape if you wear sports bras because it doesn't allow the breast to develop...depending upon age wearing an underwire bra can help...I would suggest wearing an underwire bra from now on except when working out at the gym or something... yes, it's a fact. it depends on how much your boobs have already developed. within the first few months, maybe the damage can be repaired, but if youre like, 35 years old, um no it can't be repaired just by using an underwire bra.
my suggestion? wear a bra from a young age, and wear it a lot. cause as your boobs grow, they grow into a shape, and if you wait too long, it's like clay hardening. seriously.
