♥[?]♥ 13/f ; as you know, it is April 29 and there is only one day (after this) left of the month. well.. i haven't gotten my period yet for the month of april! i didn't have sex so it couldn't have been that situation with the missed period thing. so my question is, do you have any idea of some sort as to why i haven't gotten my period this month? (and if it helps i got my first period one month before my 12th birthday) ; also, i have a swim meet next saturday (may 7). and if my period doesn't come for the month of april im thinking my period will come down hard for the month of may. im scared that it will happen in the first week of may and last a while. see, im not ready to use a tampon yet because im too scared and im sure that if i tell the coach the reason why i dont/cant attend the meet he's going to tell me to use a tampon since he did the same thing to my sister a few years ago. im just not ready for that yet and im so clueless as to what to do. im pretty sure that the coach wont give me any sympathy =/ ;please give me some advice to my situation(s), it will help me so much and i would greatly appreciate it

And this isn't a veRy oRignal answeR, but seems to be the most obvious solution: why don't you tRy setting up moRe plans with youR fRiends? If you aRe old enough, you could also get a job - that would eaRn you money, and STILL get you a satisfying amount of houRs online. PeRhaps you should tRy to look youR best at all times as well. PeRhaps it's because you get moRe physical activity at school, and you have moRe exposuRe to the sun?? This is a big pRoblem foR me also, so I know how you feel; I've been theRe, and it's not good. I Reccommend using an anti-peRspiRant deodoRant, followed by RegulaR baby powdeR. The anti-peRspiRant of couRse helps to Reduce sweating, oR at least is said to, but in ouR case... neveR does. Then with the assistance of applying baby powdeR Right oveR the deodoRant, the poRes undeR youR aRm close, theRefoRe, moRe oR less tRapping the sweat in, so to speak. Honestly, this almost ALWAYS woRks foR me, but theRe *ARE* days when it's simply not good enough, and that can be a pain in the ass, so I usually make a point of caRRying some soRt of jacket. HeaRing that, theRe's this pRoduct people aRe talking about on this site, and even adveRtised on television called CeRtainDRi. Now, they say it can be puRchased at Wal-gReens, RiteAid, CVS, and WalmaRt, howeveR, EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been to the stoRe looking foR it, I neveR seen it on the shelves. NatuRally, this leads me to ask an employee wheRe I can find it, and they *always* tell me they've neveR heaRd of it, and they do not caRRy the pRoduct... which just leaves you speechless and with a feeling of, 'what now?' If the pRoblem peRsists, peRhaps you should consult a physician, who can supply you with pRopeR medication. Also, he can give you shots that kind of close up youR poRes, so sweating neveR Really happens again. I'm not shoRe if that's an option foR you, but I Recommend asking him foR moRe info.
