a new school
next year im going to a new school..high school and ima gonna be a freshman..all of my friends at my old school think im cute but im like thanks..i dont know that many people in high school so what can i do to make friends easily?

when you go to any new school and don't know anybody it is hard, I should know. So the way I met some of my best friends is, in classes if you sit next to someone introduce your self and ask for their name. That way a conversation could be started, who knows that could be one of your best friends.

You could join a sports team, a club, or just look around for people you might have things in common with! :) Have fun at your new school!

TRy getting involved in afteR school activities and pRogRams, that's a fantistic way to meet people! And comment in class a lot, that Really does get eveRyone's attention. PeRhaps you should tRy to look youR best at all times as well. It's kind of sad that I have to say that, but some people don't give otheRs the time of day unless the appRove of theiR physical appeaRance. My guess would be you wouldn't want any fRiends like that in the fiRst place though, but what do I know. And you ought to be happie knowing that high school isn't always what you see in movies -- people aRen't all stuck up on looks, because at this point in life we know theRe's moRe to people than what's on the outside, and high school is tough enough with the school woRk alone, so no one wants a haRdeR time that it has to be -- just tReat people with Respect and I think you'll do alRight. Just be your self. People will like you for who you are. Be friendly and outgoing and you will soon make friends. If you see someone you would like to hang out with say hello and ask if she wants to sit with you.

don't go after senior guys, the upperclass girls hate that alot. try to keep quiet for a few weeks at first, and ease your way into the conversations.

Well this is what i do and you can do it to. It's so easy that everyone can do it. Just start up convo's with kids in your class or in your school. Soon enough you'll have aa friend.Be nice as well. The only reason i know alot of kids in my school was because i wasn't afried to talk to new people. An you shouldn't be either.

when you get there, join a club or a sport - that's the best way to meet new people. also, start talking to people on your first day of classes. compliment them or recognize something you have in common, especially in electives. i hope i helped :)

when u go to the high school someone there is probley going to say hi because they can see you r new there and you didn't go to there middle school but to help make friends you can join clubs after school or go to the popurlar place in your town with a friend and you can meet people that way and some of them are probley going to be at the same school as u r hope i helped a lil

Just relax. Be yourself. Join clubs that interest you or take up a sport. I also like making small talk with people in my classes about the work. That's always a good way to start up conversations. Just don't all of this socializing <i>during</i> class. :)
