i shave with like normal razors like not like with the expensive ones. its weird that like.. when i shave, like say under my arms, they always leave like little black spots where the hair use to be and the next day it grows like 1 mm. is this suppose to happen? or can i make it all disappear so i don't have those black hair dot things at all? please help me

Use a sharp, four - blade razor to get the closest shave. Just replace it every two weeks: Black dots occur when you use a dull razor..
