i have a problem. i can never get tampons in all the way! i'll push really hard but it doesn't work. it only goes in a fourth of the way. what can i do to make it go in?

Ugh, the life of being a girl, and its really irratating when you get the tampon in incorrectly. Well, relaxing always helps before you are inserting it correctly. I used to have such a problem when I first started using tampons. I was inserting them up, not diangonally. I made a mistake in inserting them wrong. Maybe thats what you are doing. Point it diagonally towards your lower back when inserting it in. If you stand up and don't feel anything or discomfort, you have it in correctly! :)

Heyy everyone. I just got over a minor soore throat and a cold. But now I have a really really runny and atuffy nose. My throat is alot better, it just feels tight when i swallow. Is there anyway I can make this head cold go away before 7:00 tonight? thanks!

Aw, everyone hates being sick...Well my grandma always gave me this natural recipe for your throat, and it soothes it sooo well. My grand makes honey and lemon. Its really easy to make, a little bit of honey and lemon, put it in the micro. And take it by tablespoons. Its tastes kinda like tartish at first but it does tast really good. Its all natural too. You should also take aspirin RIGHT BEFORE you go out, that way it lasts longer. You'll be feeling great in no time :)

Does anyone have the "6 Second Abs" machine? Did anyone get any good results? If so, how long did it take and how often did you use it?

Thats great that you want to start working out and everything. But what I read about the "6 Second Abs" in Consumer Reports, that it wasn't all that great. There are other machines out there that do have a good rating by customers such as, The Yukon ab crunch machine, Multisports Ab/ Back machine. Those work really great, I've heard.

I really don't think any position is going to mattter. It flows out naturally right? Well more when standing but, I sleep on my stomach and I don't get any problems. I actually find it comfortable not sleeping on my lower back pains. LOL

I need to know what to do in this situation,i went on a date and i told one of my guy friends about it and then he told another guy that the guy i went out with fingered me and then that guy asked the guy i went out with and he said no and told him it wasn't true...but the worst part is that he lied and said that i was the one who said that he did it to me when it never happened...the guy who started the whole rumor is suppose to be one of my best friends what should i do or say to him.... please help...thanks

Don't worry about rumors because rumors are just as fake as the people who start them, as the saying goes. Don't go balistic when talking to your best friend, but be firm to let him know that you are really angery/hurt for him lying, spreading a rumor that was not true, and not being a very good friend to you. The point is to make him feel bad for what he did and lead that to appologizing to you, and telling everyone that the rumor wasn't true and he spread it. Don't worry, babe...this hell will end for you very soon if you confront him VERY seriously. :)

im in 7th grade and i want to go to a new school...already have one picked out and visited it ..but if i leave id miss my friends and if i go to the new school id be weird bc i dont "understand" how it all goes bc i am used to my school but the reason im going there would be to meet new ppl and i know no one there..if i go there id have to make new friends then the next year make new ones in high school bc they would all go to a different one...should i go to the new one or just stick with the old one? i ahve until sunday march 13th to decide

Are you having a hard time at your current school? If you are, and it is like bothering you a lot. It might be a good idea. Seriously, if you feel that this is the right thing to do, listen to your heart and then follow it. And making new friends is hard, but people come into our lives and quickly go...everyone changes friends like the shirt on their back. Its really hard to live that way with becoming best best friends with someone to complete aquaintances or maybe even enemies. But life is one emotional roller coaster. Its fine you are going to have to make new friends twice in the next 2 years, and if you find someone that you become really closed to and then you guys are separated at different schools, it doesn't mean you have to lose touch, because you do want to saty in touch, like hanging out together, calling.

Ok, this is REAL simple once you learn how to do it :)
1. www.photobucket.com is a site where you can edit photos and get a URL (address) for them. You can upload ANY photo of any size.
2. This site: http://www.buddy4u.com/view/?x=safe&u=html+.+help#8 has a BUNCH of codes how to get stylish pictures. Like a picture slide, a table. Real cool stuff.
3. You put the picture URL in the picture code where it says "url here" in your descriptions box on Profile Settings
Thats pretty much all there is to it! 1,2,3 ! :)

OK, well a way for her just to notice you is not to necessarily lead her on but befriend her. If you guys don't talk, girls like it to be complimented. You could go up to her and say something like "oh, rad shoes" "awesome shirt" etc. And walk by her. Eventually you guys will start to become friends or aquintances and say hi to one another. After that, then you could tell her how you really feel Girl usually like to be friends with a guy first before they go out with them because you have a stonger foundation in your relationship. Just be nice to her, and don't rush it. Best things come to those who wait, hun :)
And thats hott that you are a surfer (i'm sure your a total hottie ;) ) because, dude for serious there is like 0% surfer guys where I live lol and its totally dramastic...haha :)

Ok, well I started my waging by babysitting. Its easy money especially if the kids you are watching are asleep and if you kno the family.

Thats not good...it is not really possible to have breast cancer at 13. But there is a FAIR chance of developing it. I would go get a mamogram and check REGUARDLESS. You will be sooo happy that you did, because knowing is better than not knowing :)

LOL, I remember when I turned 13...it was a blast. OK what I did for my party was I invited like an infinite amount of people and I had a classic DJ party. Its great because she can invite aquaintances and get to know them better. Maybe she could select the girls she wants to sleep over after the party is over. I think thats the best idea for a party of someone entering a teen life :)

Thats fine that you like to wear it up, you should tell your mom that is suits you and that style is YOU. Mabye you should wear your hairdown when going out places with your parents. then your mother is satisfied. My hair is kinda long too but i think the reason why you feel hot with your hair down is because you wear it up too much that you are not used to it on the back of your neck. In the summer time it might be better to wear it up more often, but in the winter its good to wear it down to keep your face warm. and no one says you have to wear it completely down :). You can wear it half up, or use clips or barrets to hold pieces that get into your face :)

Yea, you should joke around to a point. Your friend seems like the sensitive type, like me :) but like before you joke around or say something, think to your self "Is this going to hurt _______'s feelings?" then put yourself in their shoes if you were to say it. You can still joke around just don't do it too much, because your friendship just might be all about joking around and you want to have a friendship that is also based off being serious sometimes, like bonding seriously. And remember EVERYONE makes mistakes and says hurtful things to one another. Say you are sorry to your friend, show her you care and you're sorry that you hurt her, and tell her that you will try and be a better friend when it comes to joking around :)

Don't worry! He just has no idea what he wants. That is very hurtful that he lead you on, but there is no reason to want to go to boarding school. Before you know it, the storm will blow over. If your cousin gets whatever she wants, you know deep down she isn't a happy person, because a person who gets what they want is never happy because they crave more. You can't really tell your cousin a "get lost, he's mine" phrase but you can tell her how you feel right now, and also your friends. And who knows, you know almost all relationships BARELY last today, him and your cousin could break up. That doesn't mean move in on him. Wait for him to come to you and then play Karma. Thats what I would do. But if this guy really means the world to you tell him how you felt about him hurting you. Whatever you do, you need to speak out about how you feel.

Okay I dont know what exactly to say about this but I'll try. I have this problem. Everyone makes fun of me becasue I sitll think about it all the time but its something hat has really gotten into my mind. Well... I am a music freak, and I love to sing, and everyone tells me that I can sing.. and everything.. but then the person whose opinion matters the most to me just recently told me that I cant sing and in all seriousness. I want him to think that I can sing.. that I can do just as well as any of his other "favorite people" that CAN sing! It tears me up that he thinks that I cant sing... All of my friends tell me that this person is just joking and that I'm good and all.. But I still dont believe them ever since this person told me that I cant sing... I feel so horrible over it.. like I dont even want to isng anymore.. what should I do? Much help needed... And please only serious answeres for this one.

Aw, don't let that person get to you!! Its ONE person's opinion. I bet you that guy who told you you couldn't sing, can't sing for his life!! No, don't stop singing if its your dream. Don't let some jerk stop you from singing. Sing, your heart out! You can't let that bother you if you know you can sing. You just can't. It will bring you self-esteem so low. You know what is a good cure for this? Sing when you are home alone to your favorite song. Or maybe you should get your friends to come over and they can all listen to you and you guys could have a little mini American Idol. That will get your confidence back up again, and if someone tells you that you can't sing or bring you down or whatever, you know the truth about your singing ability, your gift from god, use his gift and don't stop singing :)
