Thats great that you want to start working out and everything. But what I read about the "6 Second Abs" in Consumer Reports, that it wasn't all that great. There are other machines out there that do have a good rating by customers such as, The Yukon ab crunch machine, Multisports Ab/ Back machine. Those work really great, I've heard.
Hope I helped :)

Raeden answered Saturday March 12 2005, 10:03 am: A lot of people I know always buy crappy fitness contraptions like these, use them for a while and talk about how good they feel. However, in the end these devices always end up gathering dust under your bed. They don't work at all. The only way to lose weight or gain muscles is to eat healthy and do some good exercise at least two times one hour a week. You could join a gym and train there, that way you can still use crappy devices without buying them. [ Raeden's advice column | Ask Raeden A Question ]
