im one of the most outgoing pppl in my school except when it comes to asking girls out. theres this one girl that i really like and i want to ask her before its too late but i dont know how to say it or lead her in to it. plz help

OK, well a way for her just to notice you is not to necessarily lead her on but befriend her. If you guys don't talk, girls like it to be complimented. You could go up to her and say something like "oh, rad shoes" "awesome shirt" etc. And walk by her. Eventually you guys will start to become friends or aquintances and say hi to one another. After that, then you could tell her how you really feel Girl usually like to be friends with a guy first before they go out with them because you have a stonger foundation in your relationship. Just be nice to her, and don't rush it. Best things come to those who wait, hun :)
And thats hott that you are a surfer (i'm sure your a total hottie ;) ) because, dude for serious there is like 0% surfer guys where I live lol and its totally dramastic...haha :)
