So, me and my mates go out alot,usually chat up a few guys, get a few numbers and sometimes a new boyf. Its all good, but usually when we're at whatever place we're in, the guys we chat up are usually hanging out with their girl mates as well. The girls chat to us, ask us if we fancy any of their mates, and 'would we like on of the guys numbers?' and so on, and usually the girls are really nice. Me and my mates thought it would be cool to stay in touch with them and hang out sometimes, but we never do. The thing is, to stay in touch with any of the girls we meet you have to get their numbers. And we cant exactly say "Hey, can I have your number?" to them ecause it will sound like we're lesbians or something. Is there a way of getting the girls numbers so we could make more friends and hang out with them that wont sound like we're chatting them up? Cos we wouldnt chat them up, we're girls that are into guys, and would just like some more cool girl mates. Any ideas?
I understand what you mean, I don't think they'll take it that way though, but you can always try to bring it up in the conversation somehow, like say" you know we should all go to th movies" or something like that, or say you want to plan a day together, and then just say that you'll call them when ever your plans are free and then they will have a reason to give you their numbers, as long as they don't think your asking them on a date or anything like that you should have good luck, ^_^ hope his helps

Long story short a teacher who taught me last year (but i still have to see around)has never liked me and vice versa as she has a nasty habit of picking on students in a ridiculously childish and unprofessional way. Well I've always refused to be intimidated by her and although I've never been rude I've always stood my ground.
Now she knows I won't be intimidated she's taken to spreading false but relatiely harmless rumours to my teachers behind my back. And just today I found out she's been telling people I've changed my mind about a university place I've accepted which I certainly haven't. I have no idea where she gets these things from or if she just akes them up but I've had enough and really want to say something to her about this incident in particular (as obviously if it gets back to the university it will not look good).
Any suggestions as to what I should say that puts an end to it without being rude?
I'm leaving school in a few days if it helps.

wow good question, you should either just not do anything about it since there is only a few more days of school left anyway or (this may sound dumb0 but you can always talk to someone like idk your mom or dad or something and have them go in to talk to this teacher about it with you, just so the problem can stop and that she does not do anything damagaing to you going to the university, it does'nt even have to be your parents it could be you yourself that goes in and talks to her about it, but i think if you take one last stand towards her she won't do anything to you anymore, especially since it's the end of the school year anyway, best of luck ^_^

oh no! i would most definitly wait!!!!!! because my firned got married at 16 and they very shortly after divorced because they both agreed that they were too young to hold together a house and family and kids alone. and besides you have your whole life ahead of you, and the guy you have now may not be "the one" as you think he is, i've heard it happen before, i hope the best for you no matter what decision you choose, ^_^

lately, my internet has been REALLYYY slow, i have been running virus and ad scans but it doesnt really help.. what should i do now? and also i have sbc internet or something, thanks
hmm same problem here, what i usually do is just go into add and remove programs under control panel and take things out myself,i just take out anything that i never use, oh and idk if you do or not but when you download screensavers off of the internet it takes up alot of your computers memory, just be sure you don't delete anything that you don't know what it is, lol, hope this helps ^_^

my computer only downloads AIM Triton and I HATE it. I tried to download the regular AIM & it won't work. It says it's installing, but when it finishes, it doesn't appear anywhere. How can I download regular AIM?
well the way that i did it is that there is a certain link on buddyputty.com, that let's you down load the old aim (i hate the new one!!!), try downloading it from there but be sure to delete aim triton from the computer first (go under add and remove programs to do this), hope this helps!

well each time you talk to him leave a little hint hinting towards who you are, like a letter in your name then once he has all the letters in your name give him a challenge and tell him to unscramble the letters to make your name, and to find out where he lives you can either look in a phonebook or just tap into it lightly when you talk to him and slowly figure that out too, like in the converation, ask him what town or something or play a guessing game with his house number, hope i could help,!

I really need advice. I'm so low in self esteem its crazy. I'm dating my bestfriend and im completely depressed. I love him SO much and he seems to be happy and he loves me too. But, I'm not happy. I get so jealous all the time, because he hangs out sometimes with his ex-girlfriend. Then i feel like i'll never compare to her, and i push away from him and put up this emotional wall. I'm not always unhappy, but im afraid of loosing him and thats when i get upset. Is there anything i can do, to stop getting jealous and start being more self confident? Good question, I have the same problem, what I would do is just do something that helps your self esteem, like wear the perfect outfit the next time you are around your boyfriend, you'll feel great, knowing that you look great, and as for his x-girlfriend thing, the only thing i can tell you is to just try to talk to him about it and know the signs when he is flirting with her if her even does, i hope everything works out with you, hope i could help ^_^

This whole thing is probably going to sound really werid and its going to be long but here goes:
It's my last year in this school I've been at for 3 years, but it feels like forever. It has so many memories, from the good like meeting my best friend to the bad like dealing with her boyfriend's near death experience. (literally) Well, this year has been going by so fast and its been so much fun. You know when it feels like you and your friends rule the school (hopefully you dont act like it)and you can walk around like you don't care. Your friends are crazy and its just perfect. I don't want to leave.
Well, I have a feeling things are going to change in high school. All my friends are so different that there is no way we are all going to see each other all the time like we do now. For example, in school I take all honors and my best friend doesn't take any. After school, I'm busy with track and horseback riding and she has swim practice. Also, I'm afraid of having to make new friends.
So I guess my two questions are how do I stay friends with my current friends and how do I make new friends in my classes?
Who knows next year can be better then you thnik, as long as you stay in touch with your old friends i don't think there will be a problem with you guys, you can always meet up with themon weekends and see them at school games or something, and as for making new friends, i think it will come easily, you'll have new friends in no time, just be careful not to replace your old friends, hope you have a great year next year, and good luck with you and your firends ^_^,

well not sure about the height thing, but about the mini skirt- i've heard that the longer your legs are the shorter the mini looks on you, it's the same way with me, so if your ok with the skirt looking a little shorter then it should look then by all mean sgo for it,^_^, and maybe a foundation that matches your skin tone can help out the scabs on your legs, but i'll think that they will go away soon anyway, so it's nothing to worry about, ^_^,

okay so I'm 13/f name JJ my friends and I used to be so very close, now ever since they tried out for cheerleading and I didn't(I'm more of a tomboy) they leave me out, it's always come on KK* let's cheer, come here KK* I want to tell you something that I dont want JJ to hear. I can't get over my fear of guys. I just can't be myself around them, i flirt by total accisdent and i put myself down around them, like i ahev this one fried he CAN DO EVRYHTING, 5 instruments, 3 types of dance, sports, he does it ALL. Okay. This is going to be a longer entry but i'd really love the advice, i need some help on this one. So there's a guy at my school. this is going to sound incredibly typical, but i really do like him a lot. I have for a long time, i think its been about 5-6 years. We were together on and off for the majority of last year, but we had some conflicts and he said he didnt want a romantic relationship over the summer, but maybe once school started up again. This school year is almost over, and he's basically told me and some of my friends he liked me. We flirt with each other a lot, but every once in a while we just kind of stop talking, like for a week or so. I dont really know why, except that he's kind of shy when it comes to me. But with other people he's totally out there, and doesnt hold back at all. Recently, another girl has started to like him too. She's apparently really obsessed, and i do mean obsessed. She writes poems about him and basically freaks out everytime she hears his name. she follows him around and he's all she ever talks about. He knows about all of it, and has no interest in her. i feel bad for her, but at the same time i'm kind of annoyed. she found out he liked me and watches me all the time. her friends question me, him, his friends, my friends, and other people about our feelings for eachother all the time. One of this girls friends asked him if he liked me and he said if he liked me he'd ask me out. I was disappointed at first but just earlier that week we'd been flirting like crazy and his friends were telling everybody about how he talks about me so much and how much he likes me. I'd love to talk to him about it but the truth is i'm totally shy. I really need some advice, either on what i could do to get over my fears or what some of that stuff means. Lately, I have been concerned that I may be depressed. I've looked into it and I seem to have all the symptoms. I feel embarrassed talking to my parents about my concern. I feel weak and dumb. A guidance counsler would be a good idea,but she will ooner or later tell you to ask a doctor abot it or tell your parents,a few friends of mine had depression and they told their parents,no matter what your parents still care and will help you out with it,I really hope everythig works out for you,

Good question, here's some tips :you can either try as hard as you can to thnik about something or someone else,listen to calming celtic music,(that always works for me and my friends) or wait until your so extremly tired that your body will just naturally go to sleep by itself,but you'll be very tired the next day but at least you would have went to sleep, hope this helps

I fell in love with this guy and i wondering whether i love him now or just plain dont like him anymore. I knew for a afct that i loved because i would always think about and couldnt wait to see him the next time in church. That was for the past four years. He borrowed my bass and learned to play even though he isnt that good. He gave mine back and boght his own and now thats all he talks about to me is all the songs he learned and nothing else.
