lately, my internet has been REALLYYY slow, i have been running virus and ad scans but it doesnt really help.. what should i do now? and also i have sbc internet or something, thanks

hmm same problem here, what i usually do is just go into add and remove programs under control panel and take things out myself,i just take out anything that i never use, oh and idk if you do or not but when you download screensavers off of the internet it takes up alot of your computers memory, just be sure you don't delete anything that you don't know what it is, lol, hope this helps ^_^
