Q: ok well im 130 pounds 13/f and i want to loose 20 pounds so im going to walk an hour everday but i want to no when im going to see results and how long will it take to loose 20 pounds :]

hmm...well i would say around 10 to 18 weeks youll reach your goal of losing 20 pounds.It took me about 4 months too loose 20-25 pounds.You can maybe expect to see results around the 6th or 7th week of doing it.Remember to eat right and not eat things that are high in trans fat,cholestreal(sp),sodium,and carbs.EAt lots of veggies and fruits too.Also try doing some excercises for about 10 to 20 minutes a day like pilates or some cardio work out they really scuplt your body and help you loose weight,plus they'll help you loose weight a little bit faster then just walking for an hour,it would be better if you did like 10 or 20 minutes of a work out like 4 times a week but still walking an hour each day.I hope i could help and good luck with your weight loss hun!

Q: I think that i have really good style, but a lot of people think that it is "different" i wear like hollister stuff and stuff like that, but i turn them into "me." I really need some help to decided if i should dress like everyone eles or if i should be myself???

Hun ive learned this first hand to not ever follow the crowd.Be yourself and be an individual i wish i learned that before hand.I used to dress like "skaterish" i guess you could say and people were like "your soo emo" and "stop being a poser" it hurt me and i got out of those clothes and started to dress like everyone else was and i wasent happy with myself at all.When i got into high school i saw a whole bunch of people that had different styles and i learned that its okay to be yourself no one will judge you and if they do then their stupid and shallow.I know who i am and what styles "me" now.So dont listen to people or try to be something your not your better off just being you.

The settings on my hair dryer are "hot,off/no button,then low" then i have a seperate button thats blue for cold air.You should use "hot" for when your just beginning to dry your hair or its cold outside.Use the "low heat" one after youve used the "hot" one already for your hair and your hairs pretty much dry then you can use the "low heat" one you can also use it when its a hot day outside and you want to just air dry your hair a bit but not make it too damp.You really dont need to use the "cold" one unless its very hot day outside and you want to use the cold one but you can have chills and it would kidna be uncomfortable on your hair,i would just use the "low heat" one instead of using the cold one you should rarely use the cold button.

Q: Do guys like their girls shaved down there? or not? Because I'm a girl, and I hate body hair so I shave, but I heard some guys think its creepy. So do guys like it shaved or hairy?

The majority of guys will say they like it shaved down there because they dont like all that hair down there its just too much for them to handle.But i know some guys that like it at leats trimmed a bit.You dont have to shave if you dont want too its totally up to you.If your going to be doing anything sexual with a guy,ask your partner how he likes it then you can decide what you wanna do.For now,just keep doing whatever your comfortable with.

Q: ok....this is hard to talk about but im going to try to get it out best i can.im in college, and i really like this guy( ill call him rob) for a while. we never hooked up or anything, but talked dont the phone here and there.sometimes he use to joke around about things he wanted to do with me sexually,but i always just thought he was kidding because we were kinda friends.so this one day, i was really drunk and he called me to come over to his apartment. i was so excite because i really like him and he alwasy told me what a great girl i was and how he liked me alot. i thought one day he was really gunna get serious with me. Anyway, i went there and he told me he wanted me to listen to some song in his room, i went in and when i did his roomate was in ther and i kind aheard him tell him to leave, then he left rob locked the door. i started to get nervous because i wasnt really expeting to hook up with im or have sex, but i just went with it because i was so drunk. we end up starting to hook up and then it just got bad. we started to have sex, which was ok with me because i thought he really like me and it was going to be so great.it ended up be the most hurtful thing i have ever gone through, pyshcially and emotionally. he was having sex with me really rough, and it hurt really bad, i was very drunk but i managed to say your hurting me, so he would stop, but then he would just do the same thing again. he was throwing me around the bed like a rag doll, and i was crying inside.i said stop it hurts, but he took that as "stop for a sec then start again" this went on for a good 20 mintues till i fianlly made up some excuse to leave.when i left i cried the entire way home. i got home and i had bruises bewtween my legs already.i was so hurt because i though he like me and he treated me so terribly....but what i always wanted to know was...is that considered rape or something close to it???sorry so long, i just pushed it out of my mind for song long becauseit really screwed me up in the head to the point i cant trust guys anymore and talk of sex with a guy totally scares me...advice please what do you think??im i blowing this out of poportion? because i didnt exactly say or scream stop like i was being raped....i dunno please advice

Wow,im soo sorry this had to happen to you hun.It sounds to me like you were raped its called "date rape".A guy should listen to you when you say no and he shouldnt hurt you like he did thats a horrible thing to go through.I would go to the police and file a report if this happened not too long ago im sure youll probably not the first one he's done it to either.And dont even think it was your fault because it wasent at all if you even think that.If i was you i would pretty much pound on this guy and just yell at him for what he did to you.If you guys werent safe while doing it either you might want to get yourself check out at the doctors office.I feel so bad for you hun,but dont worry youll eventually get through this,and jsut know your not alone because their are plenty more girls like you out there.I found a website on how to get over rape i thought it might help you out: http://www.loveshack.org/forums/t83801/

Sames with me! im trying to keep fit for summer i wanna get that bikini kinda body lol If you have on demand for comcast on tv,find the sports and fitness catagory and then do fitness tv then go to bikini body workout and then youll find a ton of ab workouts which in my opinion work really well.You mgith want to try doing cardio (burns alot of fat),yoga&pliates (great way to get in shape and have an awesome body) try going on your treadmill for about 30 minutes a day too along with lifting weights for about 10 to 20 minutes each day.Ill give you some good websites on ab workouts too,and remember to eat right and a diet of lots of fruits and veggies and eat things with low fats and trans fats along with low sodium and cholestral(sp)

Nope,masturbation has no effect on your period whatsoever.Dont worry youll get your period eventually.Your still at a young age you have plenty of time,you ususally get your period around the ages of 13-17.

Hahaha i heard of this before,they say if they have big feet and hands they have a big penis too.Its not proven that height has something to do with it because there are guys out their who are tall and dont have a very large penis.Most guys who are tall do have big ones,at least in my opinion i think so.

Q: im having revival at my church all this week. i forgot to ask off from work, and im the type of person that hates to inconvenience people. i got someone to work for me monday. my only two days are today and friday. today, im supost to be training a new girl(about the 5th one theyve had me train),so, their definetely gonig to be inconvenienced. plus, tomorrow,i have a family graduation party to go to. i just feel bad asking for the whole week off, and inconveniencing them. any ideas on what i can say?

Aw hun i would tell them the truth im sure the people at work will understand just tell them your problem and im sure someone else can cover for you,ive heard this happened to one of my friends and it worked out for them.Ive personally havent had a job yet but hopefully for the summer i will though.I found a website on ways to get out of work but i think just talking to them about your situation is much better,i mean if your a hard worker and you do train alot of people,your not a slacker,and you hardly take off work then they should let you have the same off.Im sorry im not much of a help to you i would understand more i guess if i had a job.Good luck hun im sure youll do fine!

INGREDIENTS:

3 tablespoon margarine

2 cups granulated sugar

4 egg yolks

4 egg whites beaten until stiff

1 ½ cups of milk

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

3 teaspoon baking powder

PREPARE:

Butter and flour a 9-inch spring form pan.

Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Butter and flour a 9-inch spring form pan.

Sift the all-purpose flour with the baking powder.

In an electric mixer, on medium speed, beat the margarine, granulated sugar, vanilla extract and egg yolks until well mixed.

With the machine running slowly, add the milk and the sifted flour. Beat for about 4 minutes or until batter is well mixed.

Shut down machine and manually mix in the beaten white eggs into the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

BAKE: for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool the cake for 15 minutes. Remove the sides of the pan and cool completely.
