ok well im 130 pounds 13/f and i want to loose 20 pounds so im going to walk an hour everday but i want to no when im going to see results and how long will it take to loose 20 pounds :]

Alot of my friends are 13 and weigh around the same weight. Its not bad at all .. to me you dont need to loose weight but its whatever you want that wil make you feel better about yourself. Im not completely sure of how long it will take because ive never personally done it but im guessing it will take a while.If you wanted to loose it faster i would suggest doing some other exercizes as well. Hope i helped you out at least a little. &hearts;

well itll help a lot if you eat right....a good diet is fruit in t he morning, something simple like a ceasar salad or a sandwich for lunch, and you can havee a carb for dinner with a protien ]cheese, meat] and so on...if you get the munchies EAT FRUIT or a vege or something heallthy....trust me it works, i lost about 2inches in a ocuple weeks on that, no excericise, and i cheated a little...so good luckkk

That's a very vague description...nobody could really give you real advice without knowing other things like your lifestyle, eating habits, mental attitude. So Iam going to join everyone else and make a blanket statement.

20 real pounds of bodyfat at 100 calories per mile within an hour you may burn between 200-400 calories....I would say almost a year. Yes, I mean that. A little bit shorter if you combine it with weight training and a great diet

20 pounds of mixed water weight and a little bit of bodyfat (maybe 2 or 3 lbs of bodyfat)...I would say about 3 weeks, but this really isn't too ideal. Iam sorry but this really is the truth.

hmm...well i would say around 10 to 18 weeks youll reach your goal of losing 20 pounds.It took me about 4 months too loose 20-25 pounds.You can maybe expect to see results around the 6th or 7th week of doing it.Remember to eat right and not eat things that are high in trans fat,cholestreal(sp),sodium,and carbs.EAt lots of veggies and fruits too.Also try doing some excercises for about 10 to 20 minutes a day like pilates or some cardio work out they really scuplt your body and help you loose weight,plus they'll help you loose weight a little bit faster then just walking for an hour,it would be better if you did like 10 or 20 minutes of a work out like 4 times a week but still walking an hour each day.I hope i could help and good luck with your weight loss hun!

Well I cant tell you when you will see results because its not that likely that you will.
You will probably be lighter, but you have to do other exercises to work your abs and stuff like that to see a difference, and to lose 20 pounds is a lot of weight, I cant tell you how long it will take either, since everyone's body is different, the best advice anyone can give you is to exercise and eat healthy.
Seriously, work out, eat healthy, and it doesnt matter how much you weigh if your healthy, since there is NO average weight, because no one knows what average is, since every body is different.
